The parking lot was only accessible by going through 2 other parking lots, I did feel the promotion is misleading spent over 3x what the promotion implies. The staff, however, were delightful.

This staff spent lots of one on one time with me to make sure my insurance coverage was maximized and prepared both pairs of glasses within 24 hours. They do a great job with eye exams as well.

Amazing! But ask questions.
Staff was amazing! Wish the actual eye exam wasn’t virtual but it was a cool experience. Only thing I didn’t like was I chose frames over $200 and they weren’t brand new. If I knew that I wasn’t getting brand new frames out of the box I would have went cheaper. Besides that I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Stanton Optical is the best place in Knoxville to get your glasses. I'm 58. I've worn glasses since I was 9. I got my first pair of glasses from Dr.Swartz in Western Plaza in 1977. The folks at Stanton on Kingston Pike are excellent. They're thorough and caring. I highly recommend them.

You do not offer free eye exams. Please stop the false stop advertisement. Your associate did not explain why I had to pay $115! When I was told the exams would be $39.95.
