You do not offer free eye exams. Please stop the false stop advertisement. Your associate did not explain why I had to pay $115! When I was told the exams would be $39.95.

I was not satisfied with my experience
I was not satisfied with my experience. I expected a professional medical consultation, but the interaction felt impersonal and distracted. The provider did not appear fully engaged, which made the visit frustrating. I also experienced physical discomfort during the session due to the extended time spent waiting and watching the screen. Overall, this did not meet my expectations for a paid medical service, and I would not return.

The best experience
I’ve come here for the two pair deal for as long as I can remember but I have never been more excited about getting “new eyes” as I have for this last pair. I’m terrible with names but each employee I encountered here recently helped me immediately in each department, from the gentleman working front desk and working the machines in the back, to the woman doing the eye exams,and the woman that helped me pick my frames. I usually favor one pair and just put up the other pair but these recent two pairs do not stay put up very long. They are both very different frames for me but each employee was like my own little hype crew and made me feel at ease with my purchases and I couldn’t be happier.

Misleading prices
The staff was very attentive and kind, but I felt completely mislead in terms of pricing. Two pairs of glasses and an exam for $80 is a great advertised price, but being told MID EXAM that I am REQUIRED to get additional XRays and PAY for it in order to get glasses or else I wouldn’t is so misleading. After all was said and done I’d paid well over $115, and that’s something I absolutely did not have the budget for, but forced myself to pay anyway because my eyes are unfortunately essential. People are choosing things like this over food these days. Do better.
