I bought a pair of glasses and used three times as the screws came out of the frame. The store ordered a new frame but I was charged $40.00. Not happy about the quality of the product and warranty. I hope the new frame which should be in next week doesn't have the same issue.

Lula gave me a great and easy experience buying my glasses. I was needing my glasses as soon as possible and I got them in two hours. Pretty satisfied.

They said the glasses would be ready…
They said the glasses would be ready that evening at 7pm. I went the next day and they were not ready. Then went again and only one pair was ready. They did not check to see if the fit was right or get me to look at anything. Still waiting for the second pair that are being tinted. Already told once "They will be there tomorrow" and did not arrive.

IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER TO GET THE GLASSES. THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD. HOWEVER, THE GLASSES AND SERVICE WERE BOTH VERY GOOD. SO, A 4.5 RATING. OUT OF 5.

I was in Florida and needed new glasses. They checked my eyes, I ordered glasses and they shipped them to me. They also gave me a copy of my new prescription.
