I ordered two pair of glasses at the same time. When my everyday pair needed to have a screw replaced, I wore the backup glasses. The first time I cleaned the lens, the frame separated from itself. I took them to the store and they said they do not cover welds that break. These glasses have been worn literally one day, and they broke. My original pair of glasses needed to have the frame replaced because they could not get the screw to go back in. So two pairs within 6 /7 months, both broke

You company rep presentative cheating me. You advertising $79/ 2pair glass with hard coted plastic lens and free eyes exam by doctor.

2.Staff hardly can say know what they doing
# Cheating or minimum NOT informing me how I can getting $79 dell. Charging for me $94. When I asking why the sails lady told me for "HARD COTED PLESTIC LENS" Never told me how I can get the advertised price.
4. You company corporate office personnel laugh on me, because I'm complain about that cheating.

I bought a pair of glasses and used three times as the screws came out of the frame. The store ordered a new frame but I was charged $40.00. Not happy about the quality of the product and warranty. I hope the new frame which should be in next week doesn't have the same issue.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I broke my glasses and needed a new pair urgently. I was able to get an exam and ordered my pair within an hour and they provided me a temporary frame with my old lenses to tide me over until the new pairs arrived.

They said the glasses would be ready…
They said the glasses would be ready that evening at 7pm. I went the next day and they were not ready. Then went again and only one pair was ready. They did not check to see if the fit was right or get me to look at anything. Still waiting for the second pair that are being tinted. Already told once "They will be there tomorrow" and did not arrive.
