Everyone was great Dr and staff definitely better service than my normal wpb location I’ll drive an hr away anytime to get my exam and contacts just based off that and the manager gave me a nice discount for patiently waiting

Ideal experience
Rayne did such a good job with everything. From the exam to picking out frames, he was very professional and helpful. He was able to make my glasses the same day and they are perfect.

Not a positive experience from start to finish (well, still not finished)
The use of AI to determine prescription needs is average at best with lots of room for error. Technician was new, not familiar with how to use the program. Upselling on multiple items was an unwelcomed theme. Got 2 pairs of lenses made, one for my regular glasses and 1 for my sunglasses. After picking up my regular glasses the lenses kept popping out. Upon returning a more experienced technician realized the lenses were not properly installed into the frames. The order for my sunglass lenses was inaccurate, and I could not see anything out of the lenses. A new order had to be placed and the wait time for the new order was very inconvenient. Again, on a stop in visit to see if the sunglasses had arrived, a more experienced technician looked at my sunglasses and realized the previous employee installed the lenses in reverse and upside down. Not a great experience from start to finish. And I am still waiting for sunglass lenses that are the correct prescription.

I felt my perscriptions were off even…
I felt my perscriptions were off even after weaing the progressives for 3 weeks. Decided to switch from glasses all the time to just readers. Went back to the St. Lucie office and they were more than willing to switch. I got my readers but they never asked if I wanted the transition (color changing) put on the readers. (For outside) That cost $80. Why would I need that? I feel there should have been more questions asked and a credit given back. My readers were approximately $280. I feel I was taken!

My sons glasses were ready in a hour
My sons glasses were ready in a hour. As soon as he put them on he said Mommy I can see now…… my stomach went to the floor. I replied “ could you not see before?? He started moving in different areas of the home to see the vision of the TV smiling and surprised at how well the glasses made the difference. He is very pleased and so am I. My only regret is that I had not went sooner.

No appointment required high technology good staff. There was a slight error on my first order. I received a completely new exam and pair of glasses at no extra cost.
