My experience with Starel Stone continues to be a total joke. It is almost impossible to reach anyone in their customer service team, they do not respond to emails in a prompt manner. I have been trying to arrange a refund from them for well over a month now. They now have my returned items but I still have not received my money back. They have had our tiles back in their ownership for over two weeks. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

We visited the slab showroom several times, and Marion looked after us very well on every visit. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. We are really excited to reserve the stones for our kitchen splashback and island worktops. A vast selection of beautiful stones and great experiences. We would definitely recommend Starel to friends.

All the tiles were delivered carefully and all intact by the driver Steve, he was helpful and friendly throughout the delivery

Great customer service. We ordered 2 vanity units. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the product. With one we had a slight issue,Sophie was excellent at resolving this issue and helping us. Great customer service. We will definitely order again from them

The tiles are utterly beautiful - stunning natural stone and great to work with. Julia has been especially helpful - we were just one sheet short of mosaic tiles, and even though they were out of stock, her and her team went the extra length to find these for us so we could finish the project. I will def be planning our next tiling job with Starel.

Took a delivery today of bathroom tiles. Steve was fantastic, very cheerful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble which makes a change from other deliveries, especially to a building site where there's not a great deal of space. Thank you

Hands down worst customer service I have ever received.
I currently have an open dispute around a refund with Starel, still unresolved, and it is an absolute nightmare because, firstly, nobody answers the phones, and secondly, nobody replies to our emails.
Strangely, they reply on here saying emails are replied to within 48hrs - this is absolutely not the case.
So far I have made 30 phone calls to them and still not had a resolution, and they have only answered 2 of my calls.
Emails from two weeks prior weren't replied to, hence my phone calls.
Today is my last days worth of patience in resolving this and I am having to seek advice from trading standards around the issue.
I have seen the other reviews on here and, very clearly, there are issues with Starel and wanting to give customers their refunds back, becausde mine isn't the only issue with refunds.

I am an interior designer and I love to use marble in my projects. Sometimes it is costy. I visited Starel slab warehouse in Southampton to select marble for my projects. Last month - for my project at Clapham and then earlier this month for another project - in Wimbledon. On both occasions we managed to source beautiful slabs on competitive prices for the kitchen worktops and backsplashes. We got all necessary guiding from the managers and both deliveries were arranged smoothly. I can highly recommend Starel slabs and plan to use them for my future projects as well.

Starel has been very helpful when selecting tiles for our bathroom floor and downstairs toilet. We liked marble but were nervous about the upkeep but they provided lots of reassuring guidance. Also very helpful when it came to delivery and a prompt response to enquiries sent over email.

I ordered a sample which I was happy to pay for, despite other suppliers offering free samples (my reference number was 85617). Nothing arrived for a few weeks. I had to chase them and eventually I was told that it was out of stock and they offered a refund or said that I could continue to wait. Months later no sample has arrived. I have emailed them a few times and even said that I would post my experience if I am continually ignored. Their prices look high and the customer service is non existent.

Ordered various samples, they very quickly arrived, excellent products, online chat is very helpful for advice when ordering, I am ordering soon and look forward to receiving.
