Very professional. Helpful and delivered on time

We popped in just to browse. Ryan was amazing really helped us with regards to measurements of what Fabian Perez artwork would fit our space. We went away to think about it as promised Ryan followed up with details and prices. We purchased two pieces from him. Delivery was efficient with them perfectly and safely wrapped. Definitely be using them again .

Simon and the team are very friendly and welcoming and basically love what they do. They have a great knowledge of all the artists they back in the gallery and it’s always interesting to see what they’ve got on display.
I ended up buying a print and the service through to delivery was excellent.

Tonia was able to secure a pic which although appearing on the website had been sold out. Tonia also arranged for the pic to be reframed in its original distressed frame which compliments a pic by the same artist bought earlier this year and enhances the look. You know what you like when you see it and Tonia is attentive to that rather than fostering her own views. Our visit to the gallery for Fabian Perez’s solo show was like being a kid in a sweet shop and was immensely enjoyed by the whole family.

Startle offers a decent experience with helpful staff and an easy ordering process. While the in-person advice was good, and the tool to preview artwork on your wall is handy, some might find aspects of their service inconsistent. Henni and Simon are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, but a three-star rating reflects room for improvement in the overall service experience.

I popped into the gallery by chance. As i walked past I thought I'm going in. A piece had caught my eye but wasn't the one I ended it purchasing.
After having a great chat with Ryan who took time to show me further the artists work and story behind it, I purchased my first Tim Fowler. It won't be my last.
Fantastic gallery, great space. Fab delivery and care from start to finish.

We were served by the most delightful Ryan, he was helpful but not overbearing, we enjoyed the new artists but unfortunately missed one artist on show.
Shall definitely return to the gallery on our next visit to Norfolk.

We purchased a piece after visiting Startle while away on holiday. The advice we received in person was spot on and the ordering and delivery process was pain free. The tool on their website to see the artwork on your own wall via your phone camera was also helpful.

Henni from the gallery in Holt was absolutely amazing and incredibly knowledgeable.
We are art amateurs, we just like what we like and she was able to answer all our questions and provided a really good insight into the artist we eventually bought (they had met personally) and how the art was created. It made a real difference having that experience.

Casual drop in. Found our perfect painting. Wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

Henni, at the Holt Gallery, is very knowledgeable and made buying an Anniversary gift, for my son and his wife, super easy. She organised to have it delivered to their address and it actually arrived on their Anniversary.
