From the moment we visited the galleries in Thornham and Holt in early July, we were warmly welcomed by Simon and Tonia, who politely offered help and guidance, whilst also giving us time and space to browse the artwork on display.
When I contacted the galleries a few weeks later, my call was answered by Henni who was fantastically helpful in answering my queries regarding two pieces of art we were interested in.
Throughout the buying process Henni was my main contact but Tonia stepped in seamlessly on a couple of occasions when Henni was away from the gallery.
The quality of customer service was first class throughout, culminating in the personal delivery of my purchased artwork by Simon, especially as I live over a 100 miles from Holt.
