I was so excited about these nails because I hate sitting at the nail salon getting my nails done! They do last a little longer than a week, which is great. They are definitely not reusable but the worst part is they caused weird dents in my nail beds and mold!

I hate to write off a company whose products I do enjoy and like using, but Static Nails is at the very least a scam and a negligent business. They screwed up the address on my order so it was shipped to the completely wrong address and they then refused to give me any useful help or information. I was extremely frustrated and had just thrown away $30. A few weeks later customer service emails me telling me that my package had been returned (shocker!) and that they would need my correct address to send it back to me free of charge. I respond to the email, give them my correct address yet again, and that's that. I'm sitting here foolishly thinking they solved the issue and fixed their mistake. When I check the shipping info for this replacement order however, they have now made the exact same mistake twice and used the same WRONG address from the first initial order. I was in total disbelief that they could do this not only once, but twice. I contacted their customer support, they told me it must have been my fault and they can't take responsibility for that, said I was no longer eligible for a replacement order now since they'd sent one already, and instead offered me a measly store credit for the amount of my order. Since then I have been trying to get someone in customer service to respond to my emails and just give me some answers. They're dodging my emails so I have no choice but to put them on blast anywhere people can see it to try and warn other consumers out there to not bother with this place. It's not worth the hassle and they do not care at all for their customers. Something is definitely up with this place.

Edit: I’m completely ignoring their “response” to my review as it’s inaccurate and not helpful in anyway. Since writing this review, I have been sent two emails from customer service both blaming me for the entire situation and they even go so far as to accuse me of conning them out of a replacement order. The most recent email I received from them, they’ve attached screenshots as “evidence” with my address trying to make me somehow believe that them using the wrong address was my fault and that this whole situation was ultimately my mistake. I’m shocked that this is the direction they’ve decided to take and they’ve seriously offended me by trying to blame it all on me, showing me they care very little for their customers and are literally unable to own up to mistakes they’ve made. This company is the absolute worst PLEASE do not get involved with them, I’ve since found wonderful press on nails on Etsy, and other websites. Give those a try I beg you. This place is not worth any of the stress and treatment I have received.

Hear me out- I'm sure a ton of people say this but I really don't leave "reviews" let alone on BBB-Trustpilot or anywhere else. Most people you'll find only leave a comment if they had a negative experience but I rather mention positive experiences because I want good exposure for certain businesses. Alex Irene Companies/Static Nails is not one of them. The designs are decent, I'll give them that, but other wise you're better off with press-ons you can find anywhere else for the quarter of the price. The quality is sub-par and the touched up images on their websites make it much more nicer than they really are. Point is, they're not worth that price range- perhaps if they were below 10 dollars, if even. They're also not as reusable as they advertise- once there's glue on the back of the nail, the surface is no longer smooth so the application on your nail won't hold it the way it's supposed to. Nail damage can also still be expected- there is no proprietary special glue formula here.

The worst part is that their customer service reps are atrocious. They'll send you generic copy-pasted answers and hide behind their terrible policies by getting you to spend more money. In fact at a certain point, they'll just stop responding you- they could hardly care once you've spent your money. There is no sense of professionalism-can't expect much from a trendy over-shared social media, influencer-type product. Junk- Kinda strange that you'll barely find negative reviews unless you search. Their own website pretty much pushes them all down and you can't filter them to see it, so all you see are flashing 5 star reviews.

All I can do is post this as a word of caution and spread the word to people I know that their products are not worth a damn penny. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM.

I've been using them since January of this year and honestly? I LOVE their nails, but their customer service is just awful.

I've been waiting over a month for an order which the shipping company's website says is lost, and Static mostly ignore my emails and then just say oh I need to wait! WTH? I want more nails sent now or my money back, not to be fobbed off once every week (they definitely don't reply in 24 hours - to me at least) when my order is lost. They haven't even sent a replacement order to me which is shocking - I'm just left in limbo, despite being a loyal customer who has ordered regularly and they have my money which I paid in good faith!

Such a shame they don't care about my business, as I made a point of telling all my friends how great they were, but the feeling clearly isn't mutual.

EDIT: their reply completely ignores the fact that I've been begging their support desk (multiple times) to escalate this so it can be resolved for over a month now. I just get told that the 'warehouse is too busy'.

Static Nails posts reviews to their website, but only the 5 star reviews. Critical reviews are not posted, even 3 star fair reviews, and some of their products absolutely do not work as promised. They are not trustworthy for this reason.

24 hrs of wear time and 3 broken nails! Cracked, bent, and broke. I have been wearing the Kiss brand for years, they NEVER break in half. Static glue on the other had seemed to be stronger than what I get at the local store. I did already email support. I am very disappointed in the poor quality of this product

About a year ago I asked my friend who did her nails - they looked great. She responded that they were pop-ons by Static Nails. A few weeks later I ordered a few sets and tried them out- from day 1 - I realized how easy the application process is- and I follow all their directions. I ended up with gorgeous nails that got many compliments from complete strangers. Flash forward October 2021- I am a faithful Static Nails customer- Currently I change sets about every 14 days- and I could wear them longer but I get bored easily and like change. I own over 30 boxes- some I love that I have versatility in length and so many choices of fabulous colors. I still get tons of compliments and having them boosts my confidence. My daughter is also now a faithful customer. These are the most natural feeling artificial nails I have ever worn- I am hard on my hands and nails. And really never had any problems. All of the bad reviews made me pause. Don’t believe everything one bad apple has to say - cause that’s what spoils the bunch. Thanks Static Nails for a great great product!

I purchased 2 polishes to try, Elle & Little Beach House and both chipped after 1 day. I used a base coat & finish with a gel like top coat and the polish did not last long without chipping. My Sally Hansen & Opi polishes work better for less than half the cost. Was hoping these would work but don't waste your money.

What I got was the product. But the lighting they used to photographic it made it look NOTHING like what you receive. Product looked like it had a cranberry base. I got a washed out grey. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. never again. scam. ripoff. waste of money.

Their response here is entirely fake too. I reached out to them personally again via their customer service regarding their Trustpilot response. A week later they have ignored me. THEY JUST SAY ANYTHING HERE TO TRY TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK BETTER. I'll copy and past this review again to their customer service. If I get a response I'll be sure to update.

SICKENING RIPOFF!

I've been using Static Nail's products for two years now. My nails have never looked better! The Primer, Liquid Glass Lacquers and Top Coat all work together to keep my natural nails strong, long and healthy. I recently started using the Rapid Repair Nail and Cuticle Oil. Absolutely Love It! It makes my nails glow and it moisturizes any dry spots around my cuticles. I even got my husband to massage some around his nails. He was amazed at how much it improved his dry manly nails and cuticles. We are both very happy lifelong customers!

These are terrible lol... super cheap, flimsy plastic... the pinky nails are stupid long and the coffin cut looks like they are done with an unsteady hand.... I was excited to try them so I bought 3 pairs... I've bought better nails at the dollar tree lol... what a scam....

To the reply: I know how to apply them... and you saying that are durable... doesn't make them more durable lol... they're horrible ... not worth $5... never mind $14!!

i love the colors, I've bought almost all of the colors to start doing manicures at home since COVID. I have never had, gel or press on nails. I consider my nails very healthy. Ive read the directions and follow the directions to a T. I allow each coat to completely dry, yet there always is a chip, bubbles, or complete layers peeling off. It's frustrating due to the fact that I do follow the directions, even more so because I'm young and on disability. So for making large expensive purchases is not something I usually do. I purchased a few and tried out a few colors before and they were more sheer, so I went ahead a purchased more. The latest round,, every bottle is so think, it took me twice as long to apply and dry.

Horrible quality nail polish that's way too expensive!!! Didn't last 4 days and went on so thick it was like a chalk paint. As well as horrible customer service that won't respond. Don't waste your time or money.

I am really surprised at all of the negative comments on this product. I have worn artificial nails for 30 years because I am unable to withstand the pain of a profession set, so I was really interested in any nail that could stay on and look good after 14 days. I ordeed 3 sets and I have loved each set. They are afforable when you consider that I was using a set per week of Kiss nails. I thought they were easy to apply and stayed for a full 14 days as advertised. The colors are beautiful and received each order within a week. My complaints are that they are not resusable if you leave on for 14 days.By that time, the nails are beginning to look pretty ragged. Also, after the first week, the nails begin to lift from the cuticle where your own nails are growing out. By the end of 14 days, the nails are starting to look like they just sit on top of your nail and look really fake so I change them out every 10-12 days.
Over-all, I found Static nails to be exactly what they advertise and well worth the money.

Wow cannot believe all the negative reviews. I ordered 7 sets of press on nails at the same time and love each and every one of them. My natural nails are not the healthiest and yet I have not had any problems with these nails. Yes one will pop out from time to time and within a few seconds I glue it back on. Even when I was going for expensive manicures at the salon, the nails would occasionally pop out as well.
As for the customer service, it was excellent. I received a reply within 24 hours in a courteous and professional manner. The only advice I would offer this company is to include sets of nails with a little more "bling" or designs on them. I know some women would pay a few dollars more to purchase these. Other than that, excellent product and service. Thank you.

As a side note, the nails will last a long time if you know how to take care of them properly. I actually use a top coat after putting them on. Also if you accidently get some glue on the nail, you can remove it with nail polish remover. If will not damage the nail if you apply the nail polish remover sparingly. Another trick I use is removing the old glue behind the nail using an electric nail drill before reapplying the nail again. These extra steps keep my nails looking new for a long time. Hope this helps.

I read their claim that the nails last a long time, and the cost made me pause, but in the long run I wanted something durable and long lasting because I was going on a trip.
The choices were okay, and they had some nice colors.
However, they came in and I followed the application instructions to the letter. The first nail came off the next day. I reapplied it with the nail glue that I purchased. Then another came off… and another.
Not only that, but with the French manicure style you can see the glue under the nail. It says the glue dries clear, but it’s not exactly true either.
I honestly feel as if I wasted my money and my time.
I have another package I purchased and I think it’s just going to sit around because it’s not worth the hassle of putting them on and being disappointed again.

I bought a nail polish from Static Nails because obviously the colors are really gorgeous and trendy at the moment. I also bought the top coat. However, the nail polish takes quite a bit to dry and even when "dry" (even an hour later) is prone to smudging and looks awful the next day. I honestly wouldn't not put in the money for this again.

Honestly I love how they look when they're applied- they do look fantastic. However, even when I bought their specific remover and followed their instructions to a t, my nails are destroyed. I really wanted to love these. The designs are great, but even with the solvent and using the tiniest amount of glue... they don't pop off. I wish I could attach the pictures of how my nails look right now, I've been so careful and has to leave the solvent on far longer than it requested. After 5 minutes it still wouldn't budge.

I was really sorry to read all the negative views as I've just had the complete opposite experience.

My only gripes are:

1) currently stocks are so low on my favourite pop-on's and I'm having to wait a while for them to replenish.

2) there is no UK stockist

3) delivery time

But none of these 'gripes' are a game changer. These are the best false nails and worth the effort.
