Just bought a budget 4GB server from here for a great price
Wanted to run Neo-Forge but there is not yet an official option
I created a support ticket and within minutes I had an admin send me video tutorials how to setup my mods and they gave me a working version of Neo-Forge

Server runs excellent now with no major problems
To this point I cant be more happy with the service

Great minecraft host! Clean control panel and easy to use once I found the features I needed. I'm running a girls-only club with a large modpack averaging 40 players so top priority is performance and uptime. Server is way faster than any other host i've tried so far. No tick loss, no lag. I've got players connecting from NZ too with fairly low ping. Its only been a few weeks but I have finally found a host that works as long as the uptime holds (So far so good!) Support response is fast and to the point.

Amazing Server hosting and easy to get started.
Good prices to start a small server up with and support tickets get answered very quickly, normally within the hour (Most it's ever been for me was 3 hours)

They help with anything you need and make installing modpacks very easy

Good luck playing any minecraft mod pack with even 1 other person without paying over $100, otherwise you will lag into oblivion.

Well priced, and did not have any issues as far as hosting went.
We had an issue with mod compatibility and the customer support was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Had been with a couple previous hosts that I had problems with until a friend recommended to go with Stipe for Minecraft modpacks and I'm glad I switched.

Managing your server is easy, a wealth of documentation and tools are provided and support tickets for help with setting up modpacks, they also have a preset list for a wide variety of packs for express installation.

They say on their website they have an -average- response time of 15-20 minutes while I haven't specifically had that yet they still set and keep to a much higher bar for themselves than other hosts I've been with that would leave me hanging for 24 hours or more (with Stipe, one ticket was resolved late weekend evening on the 21st December within 2 hours), just really want to credit Stipe's *still* faster support here.

On top of that the servers were/are well performing for packs ive tried like Valhelsia 6, FTB Evolution, Craftoria, ATM9 and at an affordable rate to boot, thank you for helping us scratch the seasonal minecraft itch, will be sure to come back next round! :)

The six of us set up a 5GB RAM server for Minecraft with an extremely large modpack (over 400 mods). In hindsight, we probably should have purchased a bigger plan. When we experienced a bit of lag, I sent in a support ticket to check if it was a RAM or a mod issue etc. Response was near instant even though it was late at night. The person had a look at the server files, let me know the cause of the lag and then upgraded our server for the rest of the month! We've been back a few times now when we crave Minecraft and use the premium plans. Server quality is really excellent and the customer service is even more so. UI online is easy to use, modpack set-up is one-click. Best server host in AU.

As a service for hosting servers (In my case Minecraft Servers) they are amazing.
Simple and easy system to use, very fast support when needed and for a cheap price.
Highly recommended for any Australian people wanting to to host servers!

They state that, Quote

-No Support Request is left unresolved for more than an hour"

Yet multiple times, I have had nothing but issues with that, sometimes even waiting over 24hours for a response... I did question this, and they said Quote, "major support system issue" yet the two other times I have messaged support, the same thing has happened both times... anywhere from 3-26Hr wait time for support.

They have excellent servers, but when it comes to promises on your website, please don't say them if you cant back them up!

What can I say? Stipe have been absolutely awesome. I have been running a major server for local government for the past 7 years and we tried a few other suppliers early on, with some issues, no response, random shutdowns etc. Once we hooked up with Stipe we really started to expand the project. The staff are always there for you, the web interface is great and always improving and the price is on mark. I totally recommend Stipe to you and anyone else looking for an Australian supplier, who works on Australian time. Thank you crew!

First experience with STIPE was back in 2020, started a Minecraft server for some friends. Greast budget servers for an affordable price. Started another server in 2022, same reason. Same great price, same great service. Was having issues with my server, having some serious lag issues, pretty much unplayable! Turned out a plugin DeadChest was causing the issues! Crazy from STIPE was able to assist and locate the problem, and helped me within a matter of hours! Seriously can not recommend STIPE for their quality service and awesome customer service! Thanks again crazy!

Super Smooth and Reliable Servers with incredible service. I've been using this server for a year to play with from 5 - even 23 people and it has handled extremely well each time. Not only this but the customer service is incredible. One time i left a ticket requesting help with an issue and then went to make myself a drink. Came back 2 minuets later to a reply and solution to my problem from a real person. 10/10

I bounced back and forward with free servers for ages for Minecraft and was often left irritated by the lack of features or accessibility and looked for an Australian server host, and settled on Stipe. Not only is the server plans affordable, but their customer support is probably the best I've had online, between technical problems, billing, and updates. Even if the replies take a bit, my problem or question usually ends up solved, and they've got plenty of resources to help with it too - and will check with you to make sure everything works out. The server itself is fast, adaptable, and they have an awesome 'server profile' setup where you can make multiple different modpacks and configurations and they're saved seperately to swap at any time. You can even easily upgrade the server for more RAM if you need it for not much more. If you're in Aus and want a Minecraft server host, don't look any further, Stipe is wonderful.

When most people are looking to create a Minecraft server, they usually resort to popular servers hosts like the ones that first appear on google. Compared to those server hosts, this one is special. It's cheap, has an easy way to use the control panel and best of all it doesn't have that dreaded process to log in using a forced randomly generated password that you can only obtain through emails. This server host provides much more than others.
