Ok so I've had lag issues with my server for months with another host. The old provider couldn't fix it and blaming an issue with my world. So I decided to moved to stipe.

At first use, the performance instantly better and players finally had no block lag! However it wasn't perfect, but after contacting support, in literally 30 minutes they were able to determine that one of my command blocks causing the issue. I fixed the command block and the server is now prefect finally!

Their control panel is very unique, looks custom made as it's not like the panels I've seen with other hosts. Having said that, it's super easy to use and has everything to get the job done but could use a little design improvement for 2021/22

The people at stipe are the real deal. It's the first time my server has run this smooth in ages. Only regret, why I didn't move to them sooner.

Server wise, I've run a server with stipe for the past 2 years and had no issues.

It's nice to feel like you are talking to an actual person! Never had a problem, they are my go-to for a Minecraft server. Also, their servers do run far smoother than their competitors. Thanks, STRIPE!

This is by far one of the best server hosters on the market. Not only are their prices competitive but their services are second to none. I contacted their support with questions about a mod pack and why it wasn't working, they replied to me within 5 minutes, not only with an answer but also placing said mod pack onto my server. I highly recommend this service to anyone, especially people wishing to have a server hosted in Australia.

Hosting was high quality and extremely well priced, but by far the best part of the service was the great customer support. Quickly resolved all of the small issues and questions I had in under 10 minutes each time. Will definitely use this service and recommend it to anyone hosting a server in Aus. Cheers

Stipe's support was bloody instant, and set up was really easy to do, even with a custom Fabric modlist I had piled together. I honestly have 0 complaints about the service, and legit reasonable price.
Had no issues with the 3GB pack for performance either.

I am closing my account because me and my friends are a bit over Minecraft (played for 2 months straight basically!). We only ever had 1 issue which was resolved 10 minutes later by the rapid response of the support team.
When we need server hosting done again, I will be coming back.

I did cancel my service but only because it worked out better in *my* use case if I self hosted.
The user experience was good, fast tickets, never left scratched my head trying to work things out.

Within minutes of asking if I could migrate hosts to STRIPE, I received a reply FROM A HUMAN, confirming they could do so - I had also asked if they could help me transfer my files to the server I would be setting up and they even helped me do so ! Service was Excellent, Response Time was Instant, Server's connection speed and play experience is Excellent!

If you need a server hosting place and need some words to describe them a few would be... AWESOME, FANTASIC, FRIENDLY, SUPER FAST, CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST SITE ON THE WEB, AUSSIE. I have not one complaint with STIPE, they have the best customer service and friendly attitude from any server hosting i have delt with, and their servers are mega stable and decently priced. They have always been quick to react and help when i have needed it for recording for youtube and for streaming. Time critical and well established. They have created a place that is designed for gamers. They have their own website with its very own styled control panel that is so easy you can basically use a blindfold to navigate it. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else to get a server from and trust me i have been arround for a couple of years looking. I have finally found HOME.

I have recently surpassed 4 years with Stipe Servers Australia. Their recent CPU upgrades have continued to exceed my expectations for server performance. The Stipe support teams dedication has been simply amazing, solving any issues that I may have within the hours (Even on weekends!) After trying other hosts that oversell, don't deliver on promises and blatantly ignore you I would not be able to recommend Stipe more and if I could I would give more stars!

We moved to Stipe after feeling a little neglected by our previous host. Stipe have proved to be super helpful, very knowledgeable and have helped us with server updates, general inquiries and setting up our new Bedrock server. Our servers are well used and are the base for workshop programs that run throughout the year. Reliability and quick response are very important to us.

As an Aussie, we have tried MC Pro hosting and 3 others for our Minecraft servers... I can't believe how well these servers run compared to the competition. Support from the other companies always told us that we need to upgrade or "stop using snapshots", I cannot fault STIPE, I was referred via a youtube video after being very unhappy with out current server companies and i"m only paying $10 a month, i just thought that was how it was with the other hosting companies but STIPE runs like a dream i can't beleive it. They recommended i have the $20~ plan to to run 1.14.4 but we have had barely any problems if any compared to the other hosting. Keep up the good work! you have gained a lifetime customer!
