I really struggled this time and some of it ended up on me, the kitchen counter and the floor, even when using pliers!!

Easy to order. Delivery really slow!!! Good job I wasn’t buying these for a gift. I do know the diffuser I ordered is absolutely lovely and would give that 5 stars though.

Sadly did not. Arrive
Sadly, my 2 purchases never arrived. My fault because I have recently moved house and although I changed address on my bank cards and added the new address as a first time user of stoneglow site, I ticked the box indicating
Delivery address same as card address (which it was but not according to apple pay ). Evri delivered to my old address and stoneglow response was ‘nothing we can do, your fault. One star as my experience was not good.

Confusing information, once item has been dispatched, order is shown as completed even though item not yet received. Just a little too long waiting for delivery. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

This is company done everything right…
This is company done everything right to help me when I has an issue with delivery address. Good communication . However I was recommended to buy these wax melts as they apparently so good and smell lovely. However in my opinion they don't smell any stronger than other wax melts.

No smell
My mango candle has been lit for 3 hours and I’m still waiting for it to smell further than 3 inches from the flame. This brand was recommended to me but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone given the price. Very disappointed

Unsafe Candles BEWARE!!!!
I brought 6 tall pillar candles from this brand on the 18th Dec 24. Upon receipt and unpacking them a good three of them had dents and chips in them and two were unstable and wobbly when placed on a flat surface making them unsafe to use. I contacted Adelina in customer service and was asked to send them back at significant cost to myself of £7.75 which I was told would be refunded. After they received them back she said there was nothing wrong with them and would not refund my return postage. To be clear these were DANGEROUS!!!! Uneven pillar candles with free flowing wax that could easily cause serious burns. There was no concern shown regarding this order and I would certainly reconsider ordering from them again! *** In reply to your reply - What a load of nonsense. If you cared about safety you wouldn't sell wobbly candles that could spill liquid wax on people. There would be no reason for me to lie as I was prepared to buy them in the first place. The same cannot be said for you!!! I stand by my review. You sold unsafe, battered candles and the public should be aware of that.

Hi Marc, Thank you for taking the time out to leave a review. The candles you had purchased were our pillar candles, much like all of our products these are also handmade. On the label attached, as well as on our website it states that these do come with some characteristics and small irregularities synonymous to hand made products. My colleague advised you return the products for investigation and stated that if the products were found to be faulty you would receive the funds back for postage, however under further review and assessment from multiple departments it was found that there were no issues with the product. We take health and safety very seriously and always have the best intentions in regards to our customers.

Reed difuser lost fragrance
Bought several stoneglow reed difusers but one of them completely lost its fragrance after couple of weeks phoned company and said I was willing to send it back but was told it will be at my expense, very poor product not fit for purpose and bad customer service,

Pink Diffuser just great
Ordered the pink diffuser and so pleased with it, works well, the colour looks fab in my kitchen. Like the smooth finish it is nicer than my other more expensive brand. Also bought the lovely sandlewood and patchouli fragrance to go in it. It has become my favourite. Got the lovely pot reed set (fireplace scene)which was in sale and I asked for a few spare reeds and they very kindly obliged. Good company to deal with and great offers for returning customers.
