Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Chris was helpful and very friendly and sent samples out rapidly, which were beautiful. It's this personal service which led me to choose Stories over another place I was considering - thoroughly recommend :)

Always quick sample delivery
Always quick sample delivery. We just went with a product that Stories don't stock (J2 LVT) as we weren't keen on the finished job pictures we saw of the Textures products. But cannot fault the Stories customer service and experience

Great experience
The website is very easy to navigate and it's good that a sale was currently on. I asked for a sample and it was delivered free of charge and on time without any issues.

Terrible communication! Ghosted at point of sale!
Don’t bother trying to get in touch with this company. Despite chasing 9 times across email, instagram and phone, they won’t get back to you even though you were trying to contact to buy! And when they finally do reply, they won’t honour the price you were given despite the fault being on their part for not responding

Customer service fantastic, rang me before my order was despatched to advise that some items ordered may not be needed and refund processed quickly, saved me paying for returns. Happy Floor!
This product is ideal for what I needed. It offers a good barrier for my floor which is great for cleaning with a damp mop. Make sure when cutting you use the appropriate tools, personally I got on well with my cross cut saw. These planks are not light so if you can get another pair of hands it would help. Be sure to secure your joints tight to create a great seal. Overall I would recommend this product and delivery arrived on the day required. On delivery don't expect a hand bringing them into your property, curb drop off!
