Definitely worth to use!
I purchased Ecosy Panoramic 5kw multifuel stove, installed around 2 months ago. Great product, all works as expected, great customer service- had an issue with additional handle, received another one in 3 days! Delivery, slightly more than expected, but NE Scotland usually is charged extra, but all received at delivery date picked. Highly recommend !

Update. They did contact me and sent a repair spray kit so thank you.
Ordering and delivery were absolutely fine.
Issue I had was that the stove arrived with a scratch on the top, which I didnt notice as the people installing it had unpacked it. I wrote to stove world asking if they would send me a stratch repair spray. They offered to sell me one but as the stove was brand new I thought they should supply it as an act of good faith. I never heard back from them.
