Very pleased with the Ecosy Panoramic…
Very pleased with the Ecosy Panoramic With Cast Base which was installed last week. It looks more modern than our old one and the big glass door is great - it's like watching telly. It has a slimmer fire box (less depth) but burns well and hopefully more economically. We had a blip with the pallet being delivered to the wrong address but that was rectified the following day. Seems like a good quality product at a good price.

Very quick delivery, efficient service after I forgot to order one part that was added to the order with no issues.
Would have got 5 stars but delivery is only to curbside and I live up a few steps so had to sort that bit myself.

Due to the weight of our stoves and pallet courier insurance rules, drivers are strictly restricted to flat kerbside/doorstep drop-offs. Hi Sean, thanks for your feedback. We were surprised to see this review, as this order was delivered back in January. When you called our office on Friday to say you had just opened the packaging and were missing pieces, we asked you to check the rest of your delivery—at which point you located the second unopened box while on the line with us.
During that same call, we offered to send out a replacement immediately once you confirmed what was inside that second parcel. Our manager also followed up with an email right after seeing your 1-star review to reiterate that we are more than happy to honor a replacement set. We haven't heard back from you, but our offer still stands! Please reply to our email or call us on 01256 889397 so we can get this resolved for you.
