I was blown away by the range of beautiful tracks available for my Garmin. My issue was choosing only one to start with! To round out the experience, the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I checked with the Strapify team to ensure I had ordered the correct strap. Turns out I hadn't but the team were extremely helpful, supported me to change my order and waived the difference in cost as a mark of good faith! Thanks to Sam for their assistance!

I recently ordered a replacement strap for my Garmin vivomove. I ordered a strap for a Garmin vivoactive. When I placed the order I received an alert to triple check my order as 1 in 4 customers order the wrong strap. I ignored this advice. Just 2 days later I received my replacement vivoactive band......which doesnt fit my vivomove watch. I sent an email to customer service and within hours my replacement strap was organised. The whole process has been so easy and responsive. Highly recommend.

I ordered a strap and when i received it , it was too long for my wrist. Customer service was happy to exchange it to a different strap for me. Service was quick and very helpful each step .

I have ordered from Strapify for several different Garmin watches over the years and I have always been very happy with the speed of delivery, pricing, options of colours, quality and their instructions for picking the right model. Even when I made a mistake with one order - I put the wrong model down despite their repeated reminders to double check! - they were extremely helpful, walking me through how to resolve it quickly and politely. I cannot recommend them enough.

Order was out of stock, but had a quick response - went with a change of strap and partial credit funded. Rubber strap posted swiftly and is great quality. Would recommend Strapify.

Great straps and good exchange policy, I bought a cheap strap from ebay and the strap gave me a rash. these straps have been great since switching.

After wearing a broken strap for a year, I ordered one off Amazon - it was too big - fail! I then went into JB Hifi to get a new strap, but they don't sell them. The lady there told me about Strapify. Another year and the strap on it's last legs, I finally ordered. My Garmin app told me I have a registered Venu 2. I was so excited to get my new straps. Another fail - too big! What? Looking at my watch, it's a Venu 2S! I asked to exchange and got a lovely email from Sam in customer service offering to send me the correct size! Amazing! Not even their fault and they're going out of their way to help me and keep a customer happy! Also, the strap quality is perfect! Thank you Stapify! :)

Sam also offered a spring bar tool to my order and clarified exactly what was needed without confusion.
Fantastic customer service and support.
