Products are good but backup service and response to emails is useless and almost no existent would find it hard to recommend

Purchased a new band for my Garmin and the service was brilliant. First confirming my type of Garmin to ensure it matched with what I had purchased. They then posted it out super quick. Unfortunately the band was too small for my wrist, so I contacted them and it was exchanged instantly…. I honestly could not fault the service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is the first time I have purchased from this small business. I was very impressed with the range of bands that they offer.
I was getting a replacement band for my partners watch and I ordered what I thought was needed. The order arrived in super quick time, but unfortunately I had ordered the wrong strap. I reached out to them immediately and got a very prompt reply and my issue was resolved very quickly as well.

The watch strap was free i though it would be fine, the strap is way to big and spins around my wrist making it unusable

I would recommend strapify. One item was missed in the deliver and all it took was e-mail to customer service for a quick response and it was immediately resolved. Great product and great service
