Been using stratify for maybe 8 years
Love the customer service, love the products and love all the different selections
Thank you so much 💓

Prompt and professional customer service, fast delivery and a great range of products.

It is a great looking strap. Your return policy is easy to follow. You’ve made the whole process so easy and pleasant. Thank you

Sam couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Had to claim under warranty and this was done with no issues at all.
Thanks again, Sam

Lots of options for all watches. Quick and easy shipping. Bummer there aren’t many long strap options for larger wrists.

Great company to deal with. Strap wasn’t quite what I wanted but was offered an easy exchange process.

Delivery was very fast. But when I received the package it was empty. It was unclear whether the product was stolen or not. I enquired and had a great experience communicating with Sam. A lot of goodwill was given, and the product was resent swiftly. Highly recommend.

Easy to order and find correct bands for my watch
Great customer service when the straps didn’t quite fit my wrist

Easy to use website, lots of options and help to select the right strap.
Fast shipping and hassle free exchanges (I changed my mind on the colour).

Sam was prompt and precise in the advice and information that he supplied me.

Strapify has been nothing but easy to deal with the shipping was on time and the communication through there team has been very professional. I ordered the wrong size wristband and strapify were nothing but helpful with helping me rectify the issue. I highly recommend using strapify.

I have purchased a number of watch straps from Strapify and just love them. The woven straps are fabulous as they are easily adjustable and don’t irrigate my skin like the strap I received with my Garmin.

The customer service is also first rate.

Highly recommend 🤗

Lots of options to choose from and the added optional manual check the team will do to ensure you’ve picked a strap that will fit. Super prompt and helpful customer service from Sam when Auspost was having issues.

The straps are really great quality and so many options! They make it really easy to find the right strap for your watch type as well! And even though I accidentally still chose the wrong strap (whoops) they have made exchanges hassle free! Thank you 🙏
