Strapify Reviews

Excellent customer service. Quick response! Very happy with my the quality!

I recently bought a watch band from Strapify and realised it was the wrong size. I emailed them and they got back to me within a day to exchange for the right size. Great customer service!

Great customer service. Super responsive and very helpful.

Great customer service.
Quick response...
Always helpful
Thankyou 😊

I had to exchange due to incorrect size. The exchange process was so easy and straightforward. Everything was handled quickly and the team was really helpful. Great customer service and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

My experience with Strapify has been great! I accidentally ordered the wrong strap and they have been great in helping me get the right strap and responding really quickly! 10/10 experience

I've had a very positive experience with Strapify, beginning when my purchase arrived a day earlier than expected.

Nice strap, comfortable silicone, unfortunately I had erred in ordering, accidently picking the wrong (but similar) style strap. Strapify has responded quickly to all my queries making the process of reorder simple and getting my replacement strap on the way to me quickly.

From a price and customer service perspective, Strapify has been very good. Looking forward to my new strap.

I love the quality of the product and find Strapify so easy to deal with.

I was getting skin issues from my original watch strap but am now purchasing my second one from Strapify as the first gave me no issues with my skin

Strapify has an enormous variety of straps (even the awkward 19mm strap width) which is amazing and dangerous for a strap junky like me. Even better is the service. Each time I have interacted with the team it's been a pleasure. Highly recommended!

My family have placed several orders through Strapify and we can not fault the product quality or experience. Customer service has been great as what I ordered in my last order wasn’t quite what I was looking for so they offered an exchange no questions asked.

I bought a strap that had the wrong clasp style and strapify offered to write a review instead of sending the wrong strap back which is both easier and cheaper... thank you strapify

I recently bought 3 straps for my watch from strapify, and once received, I realised one strap had less loop holes in it, and didn’t fit me. I reached out to the team and explained what had happened, and they responded very quickly and provided me with alternate options that would got me better! In less than 24 hours I have a new strap on its way!
I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from the team!

Highly recommend for their great selection of product colours, sizing choices, and fast delivery. I have to say, the customer service and communication from Strapify is outstanding! The order confirmation and delivery tracking was so reassuring, as was the exchange process - with so many available options it’s easy to make a mistake and I was very appreciative of their support during this process.

Excellent products and service. Very fast delivery and helpful customer service.

Have previously ordered from Strapify and was very happy so I ordered again. I ordered a strap that didn't work for my watch. Sam was very prompt and walked me through how to fix the problem. The replacement band was cheaper and the refunded difference came back so quickly. Very happy with the process! Many thanks

Bought a strap in December. Customer service is good. Watch strap broke after 8 months. Strapify requested I write this review for replacement of strap without sending back broken strap.

Item arrived quickly and as described. Unfortunately, customer error, and I ordered the wrong connection type. Easy return process and options for exchange or store credit. Very prompt customer service.

Strapify have a huge range of straps for so many different kinds of watches! Ordering was so easy and they do everything they can to ensure you’re ordering the right strap for your watch and in case you do order the wrong strap, the customer service and ease of exchanging your item is amazing!

Great variety of straps and of high quality, customer service was also very helpful

I required assistance on purchasing the correct Wrist Strap for my watch and Sam was able to direct to the correct ones, even sent me a filtered link, eliminating unrequired straps. very helpful and attentive.
