Customer service was next level wonderful. I had ordered a metal strap for my Fitbit and was struggling to attach it on so I reached out to the team and got a response within 12 hours. Sam was super helpful and after sending some photos, realised quickly a different model was sent accidentally and then organised a new shipment within minutes (thanks Sam)!

The metal strap I originally received was really nice quality and super sturdy, so I'm looking forward to wearing it when I attach it on.

I had a change of mind about the watch strap I purchased and the customer service made it quick and easy to organises a return.

How wonderful to get an actual human when dealing with a Customer Service online chat. The staff went out of their way to provide additional photos of the product I'm considering and even removed links to confirm the shortest length of the strap (for my pretty small wrist). Will now proceed to purchase the item.

I ordered two bands for my Garmin , great price , quality and look fantastic. Service was first class and I was advised every step of the way until my order was delivered. I won’t be purchasing anywhere else . Highly recommend.

Amazing service, quick to reply and high standard products

The bands they offer are great for my Fenix 6 Pro, with a good variety of styles and options. Unfortunately, two of the silicone bands I’ve ordered have worn out within just a few months.

While the style and fit are great, the material hasn’t held up well to everyday use and has degraded much faster than I would have expected.

On the positive side, the team at Strapify has been very responsive and willing to work with me to find a solution and understand what may be causing the issue. Their customer service has been great so far.

Strapify resolved my missing order in a reasonable time frame. I received my replacement order quickly and I am very happy with my new watch band. Thanks.

Strapify have by far the best and widest range of strap and bracelet choices, and all of good quality. Shipping is quick. The best part about this experience for me has been the customer service. Deliveries are super quick and the odd occasion I have made a mistake in my order, the customer service and return process has been great for helping me fix my mistakes.
