Strapology

You wait over the stated delivery time customer service is not informative on when you will get your order. Plus customer service are rude and insulting. As for the straps they are below par on quality.

You were offered a return and a full refund, which you have still not followed through with.

Your previous claim that we “ignored” your return request was demonstrably false, as we responded promptly and agreed to process a return as soon as the items were sent back.

Regarding delivery, your order was shipped within the promised timeframe, and any minor delays were communicated. At no point were our responses rude or insulting—every message was professional and accommodating.

At this stage, your continued posting of multiple negative reviews—despite a clear path to resolution being offered—appears less about resolving a genuine issue and more about launching a personal vendetta.

We stand by the quality of our products and the integrity of our customer service. If you're still interested in resolving this matter, the return option remains open. Otherwise, we ask that you represent the situation honestly, as we have done throughout.

Stylish, comfortable and light

My original order was inexorably delayed owing to courier changeover issues by the company. The company was very prompt in replying to me upon querying the delay in the order. Laura from Strapology kept me regularly updated on the progress of the order. They also offered a free strap in the interim as a goodwill gesture. Ultimately, when the order was held up in customs, they issued me a new strap altogether while issuing me a full refund. Top-notch customer service! The red/black strap was well-made and very comfortable to wear. Being very adjustable, it would fit almost all wrists if you select the right size. It looks very stylish and light to wear. A very good product for the price.

Good follow up when shipment was delayed

I received an email that my purchase would be delayed for a couple days because of some shipping changes. When I didn’t receive my purchase after the notification I sent an email and received an immediate response and I receive my purchase 2-3 days later.

Patience!

Sadly my strap took 6 1/2 weeks to arrive so be prepared to be patient and keep chasing! However, customer service were excellent and after 5 1/2 weeks I got a full refund.

Incomplete order

My order according to there email had been dispatched, I then “reached out” and was told it would be delivered now still waiting a month later. My money has been taken and no product but they want a review, very bad process. Be careful.

I have now received my watch strap this week 21st March so it was along process but pleased with it now I have it.

Horrendous company.

Horrendous company.

Ordered a few watch straps and got some ridiculous story about a change in delivery firm meaning orders were delayed. After six weeks, still no delivery, and only now just got a refund.

The delivery update via Evri also advised these were coming from Ali Pay, so they’re selling cheap straps at a huge markup.

Keep away, you’ve been warned.

I've been scammed - no refund given

I returned the straps as the colours were not as shown, and they were generally poor quality.

After I followed their returns procedure, they didn't refund the purchase, and they ignored all follow up emails.

Do not buy from Strapology.

Poor products. The Milanese band tore up the edges of my shirts and jumpers.

They received the return, but then sent no refund. When chased they just claimed that the refund was being processed and then stopped responding.
