Customer service was excellent. Laura was great and came back to me quickly and sorted my query out.

Title says it all, my wife is happy with the strap but the lateness of the delivery and the need to chase up the company gave undue stress.

Better than others but not as good as genuine, I feel that you get what you pay for when they’re on special. I bought an alpine loop style band at 50% off for $50 which I thought was ok, found that the band is really worth about $50 and definitely not $100. I wouldn’t ever pay full price for these bands, at full price you’re better off paying just a bit more to get genuine. I really like quality and I took a chance with these but will not be buying again for myself. For anyone who wants a band on a budget to keep them going they’re great when they’re on special. The test I found was the titanium colour steel bends compared to true titanium (maybe they do use true titanium but it’s not as good a quality or strength as genuine) and it discolours over time. Also the glue that hold everything together is beginning to come apart already. This is after a couple of months compared to a couple of years with the genuine strap.

Company do not reply to emails which is so frustrating and very annoying. There was an issue with the order. Just not worth bothering about.

Avoid Strapology at All Costs

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Strapology. My initial purchase—a strap—began to fall apart within just a few weeks. I reached out to their customer service, and they agreed to send a replacement. However, the replacement strap was even worse, completely failing and causing my watch to fall from my wrist, hit the ground, and chip the screen.

When I contacted their customer service about the damage, their response was absurd. They requested a video of the strap failing and the watch breaking, something I obviously couldn’t provide. After that, they ceased communication entirely and offered no solution to rectify the issue.

Strapology's lack of quality and appalling customer service is unacceptable. I urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice—there are far better options out there. AVOID STRAPOLOGY AT ALL COSTS.

Their products are of the highest quality. I recently bought 3 watch straps for an Apple Watch. The prices are also superb. Laura in customer services has been so helpful throughout the purchases and with aftercare.
Strapology is a company that puts its customers first.

Easy to find what I wanted, easy to order and speedy delivery. No messing and genuinely efficient. Very good quality products and the product details are accurate.

Took over 3 weeks and several emails before I received my straps, it’s just not worth the stress, won’t be using you anymore

So after what seems to have been a Royal Mail hiccup with delivery new strap finally arrived today - Milanese titanium for Ultra. This is my new favourite strap from Strapology and suits the ultra perfectly. Quality is easily up to my expectations from previous straps from Strapology. Confidence restored!

Order the strap and after not much use it’s broke and almost ruined my Apple Watch because it got stuck. Sent a replacement but this was completely the wrong colour and have since ignored my emails.

If I get the correct replacement, then I will update this review for now one start and avoid.

They’ve taken the money and 12 days later their purchase tracking says it still hasn’t been dispatched, no reply to emails either terrible service. After this experience I can only recommend that you avoid them completely

Order was/has not been sent and they are ignoring me.
Stay far away from this company. I would not trust them!

Placed my order 12.09.24 had no delivery and no response to multiple emails. Where are my watch straps????

Terrible company. Please do not use and read all the ‘real’ reviews first.

12 days after placing an order and still no contact from them. I requested to cancel the order 7 days ago and still no response. At this point I just want my money back.

Products are great and always have been but this particular order was very slow in arriving and I had no notification of this which would have been helpful.

The quality, range and price of Strapology straps are excellent: this is the second I have purchased for my Apple Watch. I dropped a star because the delivery time was not impressive.
