I was expecting a 2 day delivery. After 10 days I queried delivery times and was told it's a "pre-order" so typically 9 days delivery (no mention of that before). After almost a month, what eventually turned up was cheap Chinese rubbish that I could have bought on Ali Express for under £2 with 10 day delivery. Rip off.

Ordered a white charger 27th February
A black one was delivered
I’m still waiting now 4th April for the right one to be delivered

Finally 19th April I have finally got the right one
And they have said I can keep the black one !

I had a problem with a product I bought . I reached out and the problem got sorted . Very helpful and polite . I would highly recommend. It’s great to know you have great customer service whilst trying out these new products . Piece of mind . Very happy 👌👍

My new strap for Apple Watch S8 looks fantastic. Service was quick as well. and so much cheaper then Apple.

Item is what it says it is. A watch strap. Could be improved (buckle should stay fixed better to the strap) but they really could do with some good old fashioned customer service training. Took a month for delivery and chose to ignore my chasing mails.

Customer service is woeful. Returned a strap over a week ago and despite sending emails for update on my replacement, I’ve heard nothing.

Order straight forward delivery about 5 days easy to alter strap love this strap on my Apple Watch. so much nicer than the strap my Apple Watch came with

Had a problem with my order as the address hadn’t properly autofilled into the order through PayPal . Contacted customer service and even though I should have checked before ordering that the details were correct , the lady on customer service didn’t hesitate to send me a replacement strap . Brilliant service !

Ordered over 3 weeks ago now and still received nothing.
I've sent emails with no reply.
Reading the reviews (after the event) I can see it is potentially a scam company.
Why does the social media platforms allow these adverts?

My order went missing in transit and after reaching out to their customer support team, they agreed to send me a new item free of charge. Very happy with the outcome!!

I do not mince words when I say this is the worse company and service I have ever used.

First, the watch strap arrived weeks late clearly from China. The strap itself was defective and of poor quality. I contacted customer services who insisted that I watch some videos of how to use the strap (if you need a tutorial video to use a strap, then you know you have a problem).

I then had to spend weeks trying to find a way to get a return it. The customer service kept on delaying giving me instructions to return it.

After finally getting instructions to send it back to an apartment in Harrow. It has been week and weeks and no refund. I feel very cheated.

The company has been dissolved on Companies House and is not supposed to be trading (check on Companies House).

The Reg number they use is also fake: UK00003578581

There is no number to call them to follow up.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Ordered a strap and a watch cover case for my son.

The case was not sent.
The strap is not the size advertised so does not fit my son.
The strap inserts into the Apple Watch are a very poor fit.
It looks like a they have no customer service to speak of.
It seems they never offer refunds.
Please avoid.

I found my leather watch strap a bit small as I can only do it up on the 2nd hole. My wrists are far from large. Perhaps I ordered the wrong size?
The leather strap is very nice and sturdy. Delivery and packaging caused no complaints.
