A travesty
Rude.
Unprofessional.
Don't care about their customers.
Don't bother with their store - riddled with problems and if you can order from one, it's a miracle.
We tried to get support from them for our store but they weren't interested in anything but being rude to us. It was like our question really inconvenienced them.
Go through Streamlabs. They may be behind a paywall but at least they won't be rude to you when you have a problem.

Better Then Streamlabs Obs
The best thing about this service is no paywall to access what you need for streaming and their support is really good for small creators. They do need some improvements for donation pages and store pages but I've had not one single problem with this service!

Neat program, but support distant
Neat addition to stream programs, and very flashy, but support seems distant. Spent 4 hours talking with them about a problem with their import and overlay system (two key things that made me give them a try), and the entire conversation they replied with canned responses and/or didn't read what I had sent them. It ended with a fourth support member telling me it would be pointless to use their program to stream since it was not as customizable as the programs I was using prior.
Unsure if it was just the 4 support members I got or if this company prioritises "bigger streamers" and ignores the small time ones.
