I purchased a couple of items that needed to be replaced and i must say that Lorraine in returns sorted me out no problem, refreshingly easy.
Bought my pressure washer through studio, had it in the box a couple of months before the sun started shining for me to be able to use it. Within 30 minutes the tube split causing the pressure to drop... Toon meer

Excellent service. required a part that broke on installation of my caravan motor mover. Dealt with the dedicated help line and the part was dispatched, same day Via DPD courier!

Instant replacement of faulty part under warranty.
After a month or so a part came loose. Streetwise immediately sent out a replacement under warranty. Very very impressed with their customer service, a lesson to others.

Great customer service
I only phoned to request a manual. Phone was answered promptly by William and my request was dealt with very helpfully. He even phoned back when my email didn't appear to work so great customer service for a product that was quite old and had been given to me which just needed a manual.
