Excellent service from start to finish

Extremely helpful company. They are resolving my issue to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

Had a little trouble setting it up initially, I consider myself a bit of a techy, but struggled with the SMS part of the set up. SO I rang the number from the YouTube video, got through to really helpful guy called Will, absolutely brilliant guy, who helped me in minutes. Now have it working and think its great.

Item arrived with some small screws missing. Started with Robert Dyas and after some time was referred directly to Streetwize. Although William has been extremely helpful and has tried everything we are no further forward. William arranged for the missing items to be sent, but they are the wrong ones. Just missing a few small screws! William still on the case.

Purchased a jump starter pack from Argos and the compressor adapter kit was missing. Emailed Streetwise and they immediately agreed to post a kit to me. However they actually are posting two kits!

I've been interested in getting hold of a Anti-Theft Signal Blocking Faraday Box to keep my keyless car key-fob, electric door, and carport chain-barrier remotes safely inside the house.

Even without the protection that the 'streetwize' box obviously now provides, it's neater than just leaving the keys on a table, or in an old ashtray or similar. But that's just the first part of the story!

On Amazon, for example, there are loads of different boxes, in all kinds of textures, colours, size, and variety of clasp to keep the box fully shut, which is what 'streetwize' recommend. Some also come with a separate pouch or pouches supplied, for protection when out of the house, or away on holiday - even though the box itself isn't exactly massive to bring with you on holiday.

In the end I decided on the 'streewize' box, which came as it is, without any extras like pouches. As mentioned, other makes had extras, but in most cases, the pouches are too narrow internally, in order to put multi-fobs and/or remotes in them, and still be able to secure them, usually with a Velcro flap.

I did see that I could buy separately from the same company - 'streetwize' - a pack of two Faraday pouches, each large enough to hold my selection of fobs, and still be able to close the Velcro flap on each. I was currently on Amazon Prime free delivery, but just wondered if I could get both products on Argos. I checked that they were both immediately to collect from my local Argos inside Sainsbury, and that the price was just as competitive! My solar panels would produce far more power than what I'd need to drive my hybrid the three miles or so each way to pick them up!

If the box or pouches hadn't been the right size, it's so easy to take them back, there and then, so I got them from Argos.

The box sits very inconspicuously on the hall table, and one pouch holds my extra set of remotes and fobs, and I can take the other one with me when out and about. The pouch would ne too large to sit in an average pocket, but this doesn't matter, because, if it did, you will no longer enjoy keyless entry, until you remember to take everything out of the pouch first, but ideal at a hotel, for example!

I wanted to check whether it was best to keep the box shut with the simple clasp (it's not a lock and key ) so I rang the support number in Manchester, and spoke to a really helpful guy called Will.

I am delighted with both products, and would thoroughly recommend the 'streetwize' version in particular! Get it from Amazon, or Argos - whichever is more convenient for you!
