El comportamiento de streetwizeaccessories.com, ha sido excelente. Les planteé una consulta sobre unos de sus productos que luego se demostró que no era su producto. Sin embargo me atendieron de forma maravillosa, incluso asesorandome. Para mi es una empresa que tiene mucho interés en tener al clienta contento.

Bought a dash cam from Aldi and the…
Bought a dash cam from Aldi and the screen picture was faulty, kept juddering , same with the replay . Sent a video file to Streetwize Support ( the supplier ) who said they couldn’t view it so I sent again . Heard nothing back so after a week returned to Aldi who exchanged it for another one , this works fine but the box had 2 USB chargers as opposed to one plus a car
charger !
Update : had an email today from Streetwize apologising for the delayed response and acknowledging that the dash cam was faulty and to return to Aldi for exchange ,

Product was fine and service was good…
Product was fine and service was good but the delivery was through DPD. I stayed in all day and then DPD lied about there being nobody home so I had to trapse to a post office miles away the following day to pick it up.

Solar panel was not fit for purpose. Contacted company who sent a replacement which was exactly the same.

Streetwise to the rescue
I made an error when checking tightness of components and damaged a part on my Emove303
I reported the incident to Streetwise admitting my error .
Simon at the parts dept came to my rescue and the part was replaced .

Can’t get the Sat nav working

Great customer service
Got a 2nd hand caravan and part of the wheel.locknwas missing. Contacted customer services and didn't expect a lot to be honest. To my surprise they were able to supply me the missing part again a fraction of the cost of a complete new unit. Not what I was expecting at all. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Highly commended.

I needed a spare part for my twin tub…
I needed a spare part for my twin tub and I contacted Streetwise for help. William contacted me pretty swiftly and got on the case for me. After a few days (detective work on what I needed was also included in that!) I had my spare part, plus a couple of extras!
