Subto Reviews

Joining SubTo Community is one of the best decision I have made. The opportunities that Pace offers to this group is unmatched. It is an umbrella of real estate groups and entrepreneurs of varying levels come together and collaborate. I love how Pace models the "Go-Giver" attitude and yet reminds us that action is a big part of success in this community. He acknowledges that new people need help and seasoned investors should learn to give back. Pace understands people and always finds a way how to help individuals based on their personalities. The countless mentorships and knowledge shared is unbelievable. I am forever grateful for being part of Pace's community!

I love Pace Morby's heart and the community he has built. He is all about giving and connecting. I love that it is a lifetime membership. The people that I have connected with like Carly Grundmann are amazing. She and the others are just as giving as Pace. I look forward to all the learning, meeting Pace in person one day and all the other members too.

Pace has shared his abundance of knowledge to help me (and many others) take action and work on becoming financially free. He gives you all the tools AND the most amazing community to do it with! Worth every penny!

The owner and founder is a real coach and I think his work and generosity to its members is something I look up to, inspiring.

I’ve had the best experience from the very start of this journey I went for a bird dog challenge to Arizona stayed a week an from there it’s been amazing an will always forever be so Grateful to Pace an his team thank you an God Bless all of you!!

"Pace Morby and the SubTo community have been nothing short of a blessing in my life. Two months ago, I was at one of my lowest points — I had just lost my job and had no idea what direction to take. Joining SubTo was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I came in with absolutely zero background in real estate, but Pace has a gift for breaking down complex concepts and making them so simple and digestible that the only way to fail is to do nothing at all. When I attended the Co-living Challenge at his office, I left with more knowledge and confidence than I ever expected to gain in just one week.
What truly sets this community apart is the people. The energy is electric, the leaders are accessible, and everyone genuinely wants to see you win. Questions get answered before you even finish asking them. There's no ego — just an incredible group of people all pushing each other to reach the next level.
If you're on the fence about joining, don't wait. This community doesn't just teach you real estate — it transforms how you think, how you act, and what you believe is possible for your life."

Truly a remarkable community. Pace continues to push the family to new levels and is constantly innovating. This team is on pace (no pun intended) to take over the real estate space.

I joined SubTo In Sep 2025 and OC in March 2026. The leadership, the community and all the challenges that Pace brings are keeps you motivated keep going and provides so much value. Overall a great community with lots of community members that are willing to help and collaborate with!

The level of integrity, organization, and support in the SubTo community is simply astonishing... and it seems to continue to get stronger all the time! I'm impressed by the scope of vision and teamwork that is displayed by the leaders, and their dedication to helping others. I'm inspired to learn more and become part of this team.

SubTo has really changed my life. The mindset shift alone that I have received from this mentorship has far more worth than any deal I have closed. SO grateful I saw Pace speaking at an event in Orlando back in 2023. So glad I was curious about what the heck this man with a peace sign on his hat was talking about when he said “find the bunnies” in his speech. So glad I took a bet on myself and all the generations to come after me and have done the thing and joined a lifetime community of amazing individuals. If you are on the fence about joining this community, I really hope my testimony has helped you. DO IT!

Access to training, conversations, meet ups and deals for an incredible range of asset classes and specifically how they relate to creative finance. It is what you make it and as life ebbs and flows with what time one may be able to invest in this direction, the platform will be there. I have a huge appreciate for the team, the bonuses and that it is NOT a subscription based community, you are in for life. Good value despite the high entry cost as long as you can put in the time and effort.

The culture of this community is phenomenal. Being apart of this community truly feels like family. You’re able to grow and achieve your goals without judgement. The support is incredible and unwavering.

I joined this community in 2021 and have witnessed the amazing growth and development first hand. It has sincerely been life changing. The education portion is incomparable to anything I have ever seen. As a member you have lifetime access to ever growing information of all things real estate investment, from A to Z. The good stuff though is the real world deals and opportunities that come from this community. Learning can only get you so far, but with a sea of investors who actually collaborate and help each other, there have been hundreds of thousands of deals done, if not more, and I have personally done a ton of them. Pace is genuine, kind, and no BS leader that will help you and inspire you to get off your butt and change your life. I will forever be great full for this community and the impact it has had on my life.

Good experience

Pace Communtity has been nothing but Gold to all of us! Always providing value to so many of us. He is a blessing to so many people, with a big heart and a lot of patients. God Bless him and all of us on this journey to success!

The resources available are amazing, almost too much information. But there are really great leaders in the group to help you focus and point you in the right direction and support you throughout.

Subto is hands down the best REI community on the planet earth. Everyone is genuine and Pace just a true teacher that can mold you into a mogul in the industry.

Overall a great community with lots of community members that are willing to help and collaborate with!

I've been in Subto for about a week and I can truly say as an intermediate investor who thought I knew it all that I was truly wrong. This community is amazing with amazing people in it, very inspiring, very helpful and it really does feel like a family. I love the energy, the vibes and that's what I signed up for. The community. I am truly grateful for the Pace and the empowerment he has provided. I know this community will change my life and I cannot wait to make many more memories!!!
