Joining the Subto community completely changed the direction of my real estate journey. Before becoming a member, I had been trying to wholesale real estate on my own for quite some time, but despite all the effort, research, and outreach, I was never able to successfully close a deal. I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and honestly unsure if I was even doing things the right way.
After joining the community created by Pace Morby, everything started to make sense. The education, support, and step-by-step guidance opened my eyes to strategies and systems I had never fully understood before. More importantly, the community itself has been incredible. Everyone has been friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. Instead of feeling like I was trying to figure everything out alone, I became part of a network of people who actually want to see others win.
Through Subto, I’ve learned so much about wholesaling, creative finance, communication with sellers, deal structure, and how to approach real estate investing with confidence. The mentorship and collaboration inside the community gave me motivation to keep going when I would have otherwise probably quit.
What stands out most is the culture. It’s rare to find a community where experienced investors are willing to answer questions, share knowledge, and encourage newer members without judgment. Being part of Subto has not only helped me grow in real estate, but it has also helped me grow personally by building my confidence and belief in what’s possible.
I’m extremely grateful for everything I’ve learned so far, and joining Subto was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my real estate journey.

One thing I value about SubTo is the relationships and collaboration. Real estate can feel overwhelming at first, but being around people willing to share knowledge and experiences has helped me gain confidence.

Inside this community I have met individuals who actually have reached at to me and have wanted to get a deal done. The encouragement is insane and these are real shakers and movers in the industry. Becoming a member of Subto is an opportunity to level up your life, and not just in Real Estate. The welcome feeling you get at HQ from everyone within the community the vibe there is of discipline, focus, assertiveness , persistence, humility, character, balanced with confidence, humor, grace, enthusiasm. Most especially the accountability. All that and more is built into a community of people who want to see you succeed.
You Get Alllll that and more in a community of real people, AND THEN THERES THE TRAINING, THE REAL CONNECTIONS, THE OPPORTUNITIES, RESOURCES!
It truly is invaluable and the real definition of endless. The membership is for life and there's new opportunities every single month/challenge/event. The training in Sub-to is so thorough, there is not one thing I could tell you isn't covered in a video and more than once.
PACE teaches in a way that is memorable and highlights his passion and love for what he does. Concepts explained in a way that is relatable and easy to understand too.
I could go on and on about the choice to join Subto, without a doubt it is worth the cost 100x. All that being true, it genuinely is MINDSET & ACTION that will determine overall outcome.

I've been part of the SubTo community for a while now, and I just felt it was time to properly show up and share what this experience has meant to me.
When I first joined, I came for the real estate knowledge. What I didn't expect was how much it would change the way I think about deals, about opportunities, and honestly, about myself. Creative finance, analyzing deals differently, thinking bigger than I ever gave myself permission to before... it's all been a game changer.
But what's kept me here? The people.
I've crossed paths with some truly incredible humans in this community. People from all walks of life who genuinely want to see you succeed. The friendships, the mentorships, the random DMs that turned into real relationships. Priceless doesn't even cover it.
This doesn't feel like a community to me. It feels like family. And I don't say that lightly.
If you've been lurking or haven't really plugged in yet — I see you, because I've been there. Just know there's a whole group of people here ready to welcome you in.

Hi All, well I am new to Subto. That being said I have been watching Pace for four years and happy to say I was now just able to join and I am super excited. I don’t have a testimonial on how they’ve helped me yet like I said I just started but I know this is a great Community just from the people I have talked to recently my MSA is Marisa Robels and she is amazing. Also, I keep in touch with Wendi who is also part of Subto. So all I can say is super excited to get started and can’t wait to do this challenge.

I’ve been in real estate acquisitions for about 6 years, so I didn’t join SubTo as a beginner. What it really did for me was open my mind to creative finance and different ways to structure deals instead of looking at everything the traditional way.

The biggest thing for me has honestly been the community. Being around people actually doing deals and sharing real experiences has helped me grow a lot. It’s pushed me to think bigger and look at real estate differently.

It’s not magic and you still have to put in the work, but overall joining was definitely worth it for me.
