I ordered the same award (same size) as last year and when they arrived, I was surprised to see that they were smaller than last year. I even checked our past order and they were exactly the same.
Otherwise, the award itself is nice.

From beginning to end, April went above and beyond to walk me through the entire process, making sure we could achieve exactly what we envisioned while meeting a very specific and tight timeline.

At one point, I called back with questions about the proofs because I was hesitant to go through a second proof and potentially delay our order. Rather than simply processing my request, April took the time to explain why that additional proof was important, how it would help ensure the final product was exactly what we wanted, and what the revised production and delivery timeline would look like. She reassured me that we could still meet our deadline without compromising the quality of the finished product.
