Clearly the product was much smaller than the ad photo. and plastic not acrylic.
My fault it was a rush order and I should have read the description better

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your honesty and are sorry the award didn't meet your expectations.
The Peak Light-Up Award is made from clear acrylic and is intentionally designed as a lightweight desktop recognition piece. Because it uses thin acrylic panels to create the illuminated effect, it has a different feel than a solid crystal or thick acrylic award.
We also understand that judging size from photos can be difficult. That's why the product dimensions and material are clearly listed in the product description to help customers make an informed decision. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to better represent product scale in our photography.
The service was excellent and Quick.

Was not clear what it would look like
It wasn't clear how the keychains I ordered were going to look. I expected the writing to be on the back and it was on the front very tiny. You couldn't even read it without a magnifying glass.

glass art awards from…
I’ve purchased glass art awards from Successories for the past four years, and I’m always very happy with my experience. The ordering process is simple and easy, the awards are beautiful, and the quality is consistently excellent.
The glass art award I received is elegant, well made, and looks even better in person. It makes a meaningful and professional recognition gift without being overpriced, the pricing is very reasonable for such a high-quality piece.
My order was also delivered promptly and arrived in great condition. I highly recommend Successories to anyone looking for beautiful, memorable awards or gifts.

Poor production.
Poor production.
The journals I ordered arrived on time. Unfortunately, the imprint on the cover was crooked and way off-center on every journal. When I reached out for assistance, I was told that the journals were printed correctly and that Successories "cannot guarantee the exact placement of the approved artwork," and was basically told to have a nice day. I won't be ordering from this company again.

Antwoord van Successories
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the journals.
After reviewing the photos, we agree the imprint was positioned differently than you expected. The artwork was centered within the printable area to the left of the elastic band, rather than across the full width of the journal. While the imprint itself is clean and well executed, we understand why you expected it to be centered on the cover as a whole.
These journals are individually imprinted by hand, so slight placement variation is inherent to the production process. That said, we appreciate your feedback and recognize that our communication could have better explained how artwork is positioned on this product.
We regret that we were unable to offer the resolution you were hoping for and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
Everything was excellent.
