Item wasn't engraved
The ordering process was a little confusing, but past that, I received the item I ordered completely blank, without any personalized engraving. This caused us to miss having the item for our special event. I had also paid for expedited shipping. The customer service representive was helpful and very nice, but it didn't solve the problem of the missed event. We even had to go through the hassle of sending the incorrect item back to Successories.

After reviewing your order, it appears the vase was ordered without personalization. As a result, the blank vase was shipped exactly as ordered. Once we learned of the issue, our customer service team immediately began arranging a replacement with the requested engraving.
Because the original vase was not defective, we did ask that it be returned as part of the exchange process. We understand this added inconvenience, and we're sorry the timing meant the replacement couldn't arrive in time for your event. We appreciate your kind words about our customer service representative and regret that we couldn't change the outcome for your special occasion.

what didn't go wrong? lack of communication or care on the customer service side. cheap back packs, sent the wrong watches, a fight to get the right ones. like for my first order from you guys.. you DID NOT get a returning customer from me.

We understand your disappointment with the original backpack order, as it didn't meet your expectations. We issued a credit so you could try us again in the future.
Regarding the watches, the manufacturer shipped the incorrect style. As soon as the issue was identified, we worked to get the correct watches to you. The only requirement was that the incorrect watches be returned so the manufacturer could complete the exchange. We understand that this added inconvenience and frustration, and we sincerely apologize.
While we're disappointed we weren't able to earn your long-term business, we appreciate the opportunity and wish you all the best.

Disappointing Customer Service…
Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I’m extremely disappointed with how my order was handled.
We originally ordered books, water bottles, and wristbands back in January. Since then, our company has grown, so I reached out to order additional books. Our goal was simple: we wanted all of our employees to have the same book.
When I went online, I could only find the “Updated & Expanded” version. I spent a considerable amount of time chatting with customer service, only to eventually realize I was communicating with a chatbot that could not provide me with a clear answer. I then emailed both customer service and our account representative to make sure I was ordering the correct version.
I was assured that the kit I was ordering contained the original book. The picture on the website even showed the original book. Based on that information, I placed the order.
Unfortunately, we received the “Updated & Expanded” version.
I honestly feel as though I was told what I wanted to hear simply to get the order. If that was not the case, then there was still a significant failure to go the extra degree to make sure I received what I specifically asked about and was assured I would receive.
What is even more disappointing is the response I received. Rather than an apology or an attempt to make the situation right, I was simply thanked for my understanding. This is not going the extra degree.
We now have 15 employees with the original book and 10 employees with the updated version, which is certainly not ideal and was not what we wanted.
Your entire brand is built around the concept of 212 – The Extra Degree and going above and beyond. Unfortunately, my experience with your customer service did the exact opposite. I expected more from a company whose message is centered around exceeding expectations.
I would appreciate it if someone would take a closer look at this situation and let me know how you intend to make it right. If you can not make this right, send me a label so I can return the books.

We would like to clarify one important point for future customers: every phone call, email, and chat at Successories is handled by a real member of our customer service team. We do not use AI or chatbot agents, and we're sorry if your experience gave that impression.
Regarding the books, the publisher recently released an updated and expanded edition. During the transition, our team was confirming inventory and availability while our website was being updated to reflect the new cover and edition. Unfortunately, the original edition is now out of print and is no longer available for purchase. While the cover and some content have been refreshed to make the material more relevant for today's workforce, it is still the same powerful 212° message at its core.
We understand your desire for every employee to have matching editions, and we're sorry we couldn't meet that expectation. Of course, if you would prefer not to keep the updated books, we'll gladly accept their return.
We appreciate your many years as a customer and regret that this transition did not meet the standard you have come to expect from us.
