I have made multiple attempts in canceling subscriptions!!!!! This company ask for support of purchasing their products and now it feels like a scam!!!
It's a shame....not sure if I ever requested a subscription. Products won't stop coming. Please cancel!!!!!

SCAM!!! Putting numerous people into a subscription they have never signed up for. I've been trying to chat, email, call, message for two days now asking they cancel the order I never signed up for, cancel my subscription I never signed up for and delete my banking information. Lo and behold they have done this to numerous people. I'm looking to involve police.

They sent my order to the wrong address and I am unable to get anyone of the phone or e mail to fix the situation. Very frustrated

Beware! Scammers! Good luck cancelling your subscription. I’ve been trying for months and they keep telling me it’s cancelled then charging me and sending me more product I did not order! When I demand confirmation of the cancellation, they hang up in my face. Beware!

I ordered the Glow wash and pads after seeing advertisements on Facebook. A month later I automatically received a withdrawal from my bank account and another order. I attempted to call and email with no response. Once I finally got an email response I was informed that I was locked in a subscription that couldn’t be cancelled.

If you accidentally do a subscription then you are TRAPPED. You cannot cancel it, if you call the company nobody will pick up the phone or return your calls. If you email them nobody will respond to your emails. Do not order from them EVER or you will be forced to block them form you credit card and get a new card just for the orders to stop.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I have emailed this company 3 times to cancel my “subscription” (should be called Holding Customers Hostage). Cancelling on their website is impossible. They keep sending me bottles of their watered down “cleanser”. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was under the impression that I was no longer subscribed to this product. I do not need them anymore. I have been trying to get in contact with a representative regarding this. I've messaged their business IG as well as left comments. I am still being charged for something I have canceled when I was at my 3rd shipment. I emailed the so-called customer service email with no response. They're still siphoning money from my account. This is ABSOLUTELY A SCAM.

I ordered from this company and was satisfies with the product and service they asked for a review I gave a nice review no problem. But now I ordered again un October and was enrolled in autopayment I did not agree to and no one has responded or helped me cancel no answering the phone no return of emails and nowthey just took out a second payment … very disappoint they set me up

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered from them in the past without issue until recently. In November, I placed an order and it appears it was through this order that I was subscribed into automatic refills. On 12/1/25, at 1am EST, I received an email from them - an order confirmation. I have never subscribed to auto-refills before. It seems that they now have it so that when you click on the product, the refills subscription is selected already by default ("Save 10% More With Automatic Refills! Zero Commitment, Cancel Anytime"). Even when you refresh the page after unselecting it, it reselects! So if you need to refresh the page and you don't notice this, you will end up with a subscription you don't want. I can't reach anyone from customer service! As soon as I saw that email, that same day, I called left voicemails, emails, messaged through Instagram, all while I was waiting for someone to connect with me via their live chat. I spent ALL DAY trying to reach them to cancel the order AND the subscription BEFORE IT SHIPPED. No one is available by phone, chat, email or social media! No one has gotten back to me. This has been incredibly time-consuming and frustrating! I have had to change my debit card to prevent further charges because banks can't complete a Stop Payment Order on debit transactions. And I now have to dispute this Dec 1st charge. ALL BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE to cancel this. I received a confirmation email this morning 12/3/25 at 9AM EST that it shipped. In the email it states
"If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at {TP won't let me put their email address here}". When I hit reply to the email asking that they contact me about cancellation, I get this message "Your message wasn't delivered to {TP won't let me put their email address here} because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I have tried both emails that they have to no avail.

This practice is problematic and borderline predatory. No company is entitled to a customer's money. It should not be by default that the subscription is selected and so a customer has to opt-out if they don't want it. This company has never marketed itself as a subscription-based company. And if this is now the case, this change needs to be CLEARLY marketed to the consumer.

I will no longer be shopping from sugarbabycare. The quality of service is garbage.

I ordered from this company before about a year ago with no issues until recently when I made a one time purchase on Nov 1st and now I have received another order a month later that I didn't authorize. I sent an email and it was undeliverable and also tried cancelling through their website and nothing. I'm just disappointed with this company because I like their products but not their dishonesty. Please beware of this company.

This place is horrible. They signed me up for a subscription that I didn’t authorize. Now they will not answer the phone, it goes straight to voicemail or answer my emails. The live chat option doesn’t work either. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They continue to charge my card without my permission. I have to get a new card in order to cut lol it’s with this company.

SCAM!! I ordered a bit from them in October . I believe it’s been a month and ever since, they keep trying to charge me a subscription I did not sign up for. I sent them emails saying to please stop but instead they proceeded to charge my card $10 less then what I originally paid at 12:40 am . She does this on purpose
Try to see what she can get away with. lucky for me I had my card on lock. I just left her an angry voicemail. The product doesn’t even work either .Do not buy from her she will steal your money when you are sleeping. So many people have reported her for stealing. What a horrible way to do business. Stealing from the people that support you. Shame on you, Thats so low. May all your evil be returned to you 7x7. So mote it be

I have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times and have emailed the company multiple times to no avail. I got a response to my first email, saying someone would reach out to me…that was a month and a half ago plus 3 emails. The website has a manage your subscription link, but it doesn’t work. Also I subscribed to one package delivered monthly and somehow they have me down for two separate subscriptions, so I’m charge twice. I have so much product I wanted to just skip or cancel for the time being, but now I just want to be done with the company. It is fraudulent activity to swindle money out of customers, by not being able to cancel. Very disappointing.

Would not recommend I made one single purchase because it would be my first time trying this product, however I was signed up for a subscription that I have been trying to cancel for the past 3 months reached out several times by calling and emailing still no response even when I try to cancel on the website I’m always prompted to page saying unable to cancel every time!

I find their business practices questionable when it comes to cancellations. I have tried multiple times to have my account cancelled. If you do not see and 'unclick' a button for your first order, you are forced to order three times. Even after my third order, I can't cancel. I am going to report to the BBB.

I really love their glow wash and charcoal wash. It makes my skin glow. My Son and I love their products. Unfortunately the pumps stop working. I did make a comment on their Facebook page about the pumps not working. I got contacted immediately and I got a swift resolution! The biggest reason why I'll continue supporting this company is due to their excellent Customer service! But their products are A1!

I emailed them in October about cancelling the subscription, no response. I even sent emails to BOTH emails they provide and one didn't even work! Now they charged me $60 something dollars for a product I don't need and they simply REFUSE to respond! I like the products but now I can't continue to support this, they basically stole my money. They can send me emails about everything but cancelling and refunds!

I bought some face wash from sugarbabycare because the website i wanted to buy it from ran out of stock. I assumed their face wash would be similar and I bought it. I got a subscription and decided to cancel because I changed my mind. THEY HAVE TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I thought my subscription was canceled and it was but they still charged me anyway and sent soap I didn't even want!! NO MATTER HOW HARD I TRY I COULDN'T REACH ANYONE!! Never buying from this company again, don't get a subscription it's a trap! Now I have to replace my card. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! 😡

No email and phone responses in over a week with multiple reach outs. Can't cancel subscription online as they say as it keeps giving an error. Nothing I can do but report this company as fraud to prevent from keep getting charged
