W-Systems should be your CRM partners.
We have found W-Systems to be a great partner in helping us make full use of our CRM. The staff is professional and always helpful. In some cases we have had very tricky scenarios pop up and their staff has consistently been focused on solutions. I would recommend them for sure.

A perfect partner with extremely flexible attitude
I have worked with W-Systems for several years - first in a partner collaboration relationship and now as responsible for the CRM installation in a company where I widely use various plug-ins provided by W-Systems to extend and add advanced functionality to the user interface. I have worked with virtually every department at W-Systems - from Support to the CEO and everyone, without exception, has shown a willingness and extremely flexible attitude to assist me with the challenges I have had. At the same time, W-Systems is more than responsive to suggestions for enhancements to their products and I have, more than once, within days received new versions with upgraded functionality as suggested. To that extent, I can highly recommend W-systems.

W-Systems review
Our company has used a few different SugarCRM partners over the last 8 or so years, and W-systems has been the best. They offer very good customer service plus give you access to a free library of pre-packaged customizations/extensions for SugarCRM... They're very useful extensions, too. To my knowledge, nobody else offers this. In the times I've had to reach out to them for questions or support, they have been very quick to respond and exceptionally helpful. I would strongly recommend them over others.
