Sunday Times great - delivery service not so
Placing the order and despatch was brilliant, however disappointed with the delivery service.
The delivery driver knocked on the door and walked away. Could he not have waited for 1 minute to allow me to answer the door to ensure I was in. I did run to answer the door because I know delivery drivers have tight schedules. Also whilst I did hear the knock on the door, it would have been better if he had rung the bell.

I'm not used to rating STWC with such a…
I'm not used to rating STWC with such a low score but our latest delivery was very poor. On our delivery instructions we state that the case should be placed at the side of the house out of site of the street. The delivery note carries the same instruction however this latest delivery was left in front of the house at an unused door. There are directions on the door stating where deliveries should go and neither the instructions on the delivery or the door was followed. Very disappointing.

But when in reality I opened my “mystery case” virtually all were Sauvignon Blanc - lesson learned…

I can only apologise that your mystery case seemed a bit heavy on the Sauvignon Blanc side when we came to picking wines. It is a mystery case so its not always monitored as much to make sure there are no duplicates of countries or grapes when it comes to picking.

Great Selection; great price
The selection of wines contained some of my absolute favourites - Cabalie, Black Stump and El Bombero; some I had enjoyed and some I didn't know at all. The one that surprised me the most was the Moldovan wine - Dealu Nuclei from Chateau Vartely. It was light, fresh and very fruity. We loved it.
