Very informative and helpful

I got a lot of questions answered clearly, with links and photos to help me understand the differences between the models. The salesperson was informative and patient and helpful. I ordered a sauna yesterday and I feel great about the decision.

Amazing Customer Care at Sunlighten!

Abby Wright was an awesome salesperson and made the entire process run smoothly. Her attention to detail was outstanding and was always responsive to questions. Responses were very timely, as well.

We had to do a remodel to put the sauna where we wanted it, which required running through some timing hoops. Abby never missed a beat and helped us to get the most optimum schedule possible. We can't wait to get delivery and start gaining the health benefits!

This senior citizen needs some tech help

Cecille Shepherd helped every step of the way. She checked back with me for months until it was time to purchase my m-pulse amplify.
The sauna sat in pieces from November until March. My husband put it together. It was very difficult for two senior citizens to assemble, but we got it done. Right now, I am trying to learn the touch screen and how to work all the bells and whistles. While I am learning, we are able to use the sauna and red light therapy.
I am very happy with my purchase.
My only suggestion is to write a "senior citizen" instruction book and include a hard copy of the touch screen pad instruction with very simple verbage letting technology challenged people to learn all about the sauna options.
If there is a customer service tech support that can help me, please contact me.

Contact and Sauna Order

Tabitha was incredibly knowledgeable and went out of her way to inform both my wife and I during separate calls on everything we needed to know. She was also extremely professional and friendly throughout the process. First impression of Sunlighten was definitely a positive one.

Good Sauna

The sauna itself is great. I originally left this review because I was dissastisifed with the expected ship date on a replacement part. Sunlighten made things right and shipped it out weeks ahead of schedule. Happy customer, great support!

So I had a rough start to my experience here because shipping was not properly described to me. In fact I was ready for a refund because I was so frustrated. Ali Kazemi in logistics went above and beyond the call of duty to make magic happen and I am thrilled that she did. Management I hope you pay attention to these reviews. I had the good fortune of having…

I had the good fortune of having Brandon as the representative for Sunlighten. He was very professional and truly cared about how the Solo System could greatly impact our health and sleep. I initially heard of Sunlighten while listening to a Dr Axe podcast with the owner of Sunlighten.
I was very impressed by the Sunlighten company and decided to purchase the Solo System. I am scheduled to get the Solo in 7-10 days.
