I am updating this as of April 3rd - original was from about a week and a half ago. While Ryan was very helpful with the 'sales' end of things, we still do not have tracking information about our purchase - the FedEx links in the emails do not work and I have phoned (twice) to ask for assistance with this. A little frustrating as it is an expensive purchase. We did get an email with tracking numbers after the second phone call and will update this review after delivery!

bought the sauna dont do it, no service
bought the sauna, enjoyed it for a couple years, then it stopped working. I called to have it fixed, but no service people in area to work on it. Then after talking to electrician and service help at Sunlighten....they cant sell the parts without selling new heaters, computer and control board. saddened i have to buy a new sauna because they cant repair the one they sold me.

Reaching my 40's
Reaching my 40's, I have been noticing more body aches and longer recovery time after working out. Also have gone through some minor diet changes and realizing how toxic our food and environments are. Just had been feeling imbalanced in my body. Listening to some health podcasts and learned that Dr Hyman had used the Sunlighten infrared sauna and it sounded like an overall very helpful wellness tool. When I first got on the sunlighten website I was mostly trying to see how much they cost. But then ended up chatting and then shortly after speaking to a rep. Cecille Shepard was super friendly and knowledgeable and felt like I was talking to a friend, all the information she shared about what the infrared benefits are and other chromotherapy lights were very convincing. It didnt take long to also convince my husband that this could help both of us. He has been having trouble sleeping and not as much energy as hed like. So we ordered the mPulse 2 person. Didnt take too long to ship to Alaska, and actually faster than I expected. Very well packed and easy to put together. We carried the panels upstairs together 1 by 1. And Ive used it 3 times so far since putting it together 4 days ago. Cant wait to see and feel the difference. You can use the infrared heat and light therapy together or separate. So far I have used them both together. And so cool to be able to watch shows or podcast on the smart tablet. I am not a very techy person so I am still figuring out how to set things from my phone. But I figured everytime I use it I will figure the rest out.So far just excited and look forward to keep seeing how much this can make a difference in overall well being.
