Great responsive sales rep. Great communication for shipping and even when reporting possible shipping damages on cartons.
Assembly instructions need improvement. Amplify 3 page 2, the side note on the bottom right to be sure heater pre drilled holes are in the front, should be incorporated in the step by step instructions and then refer to the illustration. I missed it and had to disassemble sauna to turn floor 180. Not fun. Large inconvenience. Also, pg 5, wiring plugs on roof sunken down in wall channels, not fun to get out. Come up with a better way.

(4/12/26) Updated to five stars because they helped fix the issue. I am happy with my case manager and the level of support they provided after seeing I was having an issue. Been using the Sauna for a week now and am extremely happy with it- also I track the electricity it uses and it’s not a lot! Less than my dryer (just an FYI since I can see it with my solar panels)
03/17/26- After a few conversations I have contact with a new support person- feeling hopeful and will update when / if Sauna gets fixed!
They sent a broken unit and now want me to rewire the electrical myself because they do not have any technicians and won’t hire a repair.
Their new model has a lot of issues and they just expect the common person to have the tools and expertise to rewire and replace their sauna wires and power boxes. I would recommend a company that has a technician and doesn’t wait three weeks to send a replacement part then say you are out of warranty.

Sunlighten support does not disappoint
Part of the reason we chose Sunlighten over other options for our infrared sauna was the customer support. I am happy to say that I have not been disappointed. We had a few minor issues come up - nothing earth shattering but important to us- the people we worked with were professional and far exceeded my expectations for resolution. I am very pleased with the sauna and the support.
All great except max temperature
The ordering went well. The delivery and packaging was very good. The assembly was fairly simple. The only complaint I have is the long heating time. Also, the highest temperature that I reached was 157 degrees after running for two hours in a room temperature space. I am disappointed that it does not seem to reach 170 degree temperature.

Was sent a BROKEN AND FAULTY ITEM! Time, money, energy wasted. I'll be reporting this to the better business bureau - and reporting the phone number of the sales person. This is a scam, faulty product from a fraudulent company. Many others are experiencing this exact issue and will be taking action for a class action lawsuit.

When I received my impulse sauna I loved it. I did a lot of research when I purchased the unit and was convinced it was one of the best saunas on the market given its technology and frame. After using the sauna just a few times I could definitely feel the impact reducing my inflammation and pain and helping with weight loss. I recommended it to a colleague in Ohio who purchased an 4 person unit for their home. I still love the sauna when it’s working.
That said, I have had numerous components which have had to be replaced requiring new wiring, changing a heater, and changing the power box. The videos make repair look easy but I am finding the attachments differ from the videos and components which some how seem previously used as one was glued, another appeared corroded (causing the rubber around it to crumble requiring additional assistance) and some the screws covering components which were not used at installation stripped. Thus I have had to hire third parties with electrical and wiring experience to fix. It’s almost as if I was shipped a unit previously used which I have been assured is not the case.
With regards to support I have found that it’s lacking with regards to electronic inquiries (which typically just get automated responses back) and level 1 support. Level 2 support is pretty good but again it does not make up for the issues which have occurred with the unit.
I love the sauna so much when it’s working I won’t say I am sorry I purchased it… but I will not be recommending to others at this point. Hope to change my mind on that after I fix the latest issues and successfully use it for a longer period of time.

Best Customer Service
The Sunlighten Rep that I spoke with was incredible. Talking me through all the science of how the saunas work, and helping me narrow down the best one that fit for my lifestyle. He seemed to truly care about finding the best fit for me, more than he cared about trying to just get me to spend money (like some other places might have). I felt like I could ask as many questions as I wanted, and he addressed all my concerns head-on without shying away, and was very honest with me.
