First time using group holiday as solo traveler through Sunway. I was nervous before I made the booking (first time going solo anywhere) but Kelly on the phone has made me super comfortable, very kind and friendly, ensured me there's great interest in the particular location so I will meet lots of new people. I got to speak to a lovely lady Lisa who was very helpful in helping me chose the best hotel and location for my needs. She was also able to answer queries I had that were not obvious when booking on line and made the booking process very easy. She was extremely helpful, so much so that I booked my holiday there and then.

From the first visit off the street into the Sunway offices in Dun Laoghaire I was warmly greeted and in no time was sitting down with an excellent advisor Barry Hammond. His approach was friendly and warm but not at all pushy. I was not told to make an appointment and come back another day. I wad brought through an outline of the possible itinerary for our trip to Vietnam but reassured it could be tailored to suit what we wanted. Ou subsequent meeting with Barry to nail down the details of the trip was excellent. He really listens to what you want and makes great suggestions as to how to meet those wishes Follow up emails were very efficient but not at all pushy. In fact I do believe if we had not gone with the trip there would have been complete understanding. An excellent personable experience thank to Barry.
