Catherine was fantastic

Catherine was fantastic
I gave her an idea of what holiday I wanted and she came back with a number of options.
The best part was that she gave me the benefit of places that she had personal experience of.

I booked my holiday online and...

I booked my holiday online and immediately I got confirmation email and then I received an email with discount code for parking at the airport (wasnt expecting this at all)and follow up emails on all the details I need for the holiday - visas etc. So far it has been a very good experience

The cruise booking was seamless all the way through, with plenty of feedback through out the process. Your rep Toni was very professional and also provided great advice through the booking process to ensure we had a great holiday. Thanks Sunway.

Fantastic trip to Hungary, Serbia and Croatia.

We really enjoyed our Crossroads of Culture Tour to Hungary, Serbia and Croatia.
Frank, the Tour Leader was so helpful and courteous. Srdan, the Local Guide was excellent. He was always on hand to help and provided us with a vast amount of interesting information on all the places we visited. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed every minute of this tour. We had a fantastic group and made lots of new friends. Hotel standards and foods may be a little different from home but this is what makes things interesting. Exploring new things.
Our thanks to everyone involved for making this tour so enjoyable.

Excellent, helpful staff

I spoke to both Niki and Michelle in your office and both of these people were very courteous and helpful in managing my booking! I am totally blind and both of your staff were very understanding of my situation and helpful in dealing with my upcoming holiday
