Meals are good but apart from that customer service a disgrace. Send out the wrong meals all the time, dont reply to social media messages and don’t even answer there phone. Avoid at all costs

Food never arrived which I do believe was the couriers fault. Spoke to the team on Instagram as no one answered the phone all day. Was told the food would get resent on the Tuesday, I would get a refund on delivery and 4 free meals. Tuesday and Wednesday came and nothing from courier or super lean. I was told the order was sent and it was the couriers fault yet again. I don’t think it was ever resent. Customer service was terrible. I was told they would never use the same courier again and that they resent my food. Food arrived and lo and behold..with the same courier, no free meals and still no refund on delivery. It’s a shame cause the food is good but everything else was terrible over the past week

Absolutely do not recommend. They mess up every order and promise to deliver on the next delivery day and issue you a refund but it doesn't happen. Ordered for years and keep trying again when promised everything will be perfect so it never is. Food amazing but buy out the gym or pick up and check your order. It's a shame they can't get it right

First order, perfect, 2nd order missing items, which were delivered a few days later and also refunded. One Sunday nothing turned up, no tracking etc. arrived on the Monday and blamed a delivery company. They aren’t available on Sunday which is a delivery day so any issues (and there will be issues) cant be dealt with until the following day. When I had a problem the first time I messaged the Facebook page and the person on the other end told me the time!! As if I knew what time staff started! Swiftly informed him I was capable of telling the time. The thing is, the food had been fantastic up until that point - but this week's delivery had burnt pasta - like the bottom on the pan burnt and also the chicken in the sweet chilli chicken meal was burnt. I haven’t complained about this as I complained that I didn’t receive the free Black Friday goodies that were advertised all over socials and via email & they have ignored my last email regarding this! I have spent a lot of money with them and absolutely would have continued to if the meals stayed as good as they have been previously. I was also promised free food for errors about the non delivery which never materialised although I did win a competition and was sent back the money for one weeks delivery. So that was a positive! I really hope things improve both in the kitchen and in the customer service dept!

I have tried most of these meals and everyone is fantastic! They are always fresh and full of flavour. They have all calorie details on the tub and sizes are filling! The pancakes are a must try! Unbelievable doesn’t cut it!

The meals are so good. My favourite is the Mac and cheese. Since starting the meal prep I have lost 4 stone along with doing regular exercise and being in a calorie deficit.

Food has been delicious and great portion sizes. So convenient too and the subscription each week has made it effortless that i don’t need to worry about ordering each week!

Amazing food can't fault it and great for staying on track and staying within my calories 😀
