One off the best meal preps a have used, always go above and beyond to suit everyone needs & the pesto is by far my favourite.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 – Honestly couldn’t recommend Diced Meal Prep enough!

The food is absolutely unreal! Everything tastes fresh, full of flavour and genuinely feels like you’re eating a proper home-cooked meal rather than your typical meal prep. The portions are spot on, there’s loads of variety and it makes eating well SO much easier when life is busy.

You can tell so much thought and effort goes into every meal, from the quality of the ingredients to the presentation and service. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and I’m already looking forward to my next order.

Honestly, if you’re thinking about ordering, DO IT. Amazing food, amazing service and such a brilliant local business. 100/10 from me — wouldn’t go anywhere else! ❤️👏🏼

I’ve been enjoying Diced Meal Prep for the past 3 weeks and have already lost 8lbs!
At 54, and recently diagnosed with a heart condition, my ability to exercise is limited-so finding a way to manage my diet has been essential.

8lbs may not seem like a lot to some, but after my weight had plateaued and with my limited ability to exercise, this is a huge win for me.

These meals have completely taken the stress out of cooking. The calorie information is clearly displayed on every package, making it so easy to stay on track.

Every dish I’ve tried has been full of flavour, fresh, and satisfying.

Knowing I’m eating healthier without the hassle of meal planning has been a huge relief. I feel more in control of my health, and I’m genuinely looking forward to each delivery.

After trying multiple meal preps over many years i had almost gave up on the idea that i would ever be satisfied or be able to stay the course.
Trying Diced meal options have completely turned my bad experiences of bland , mediocre food on its head and i rarely even do a supermarket shop these days or cook my own food.
Iv found it works well with my busy work life and has and is saving me money on a weekly basis.
I cant thank Sam enough for taking the time to talk me through the best way to balance my food love with excercise and meet my weight loss goals and its all been easy with a few cheat days in between 😝.

I've tried quite a few meal prep companies over the years and always ended up disappointed. Diced is genuinely different. The meals taste lovely and actually look fresh on the plate, not the sad, soggy mess I'd come to expect. Finally a prepped meal company that gets it right. I could serve these without anyone knowing they were bought in, they look and taste home cooked and I actually look forward to the next meal. Highly recommend.

Please don’t be put off by the negative reviews. This was our first time ordering and the food was absolutely incredible — honestly exceeded expectations.

We did have an issue with delivery, but that was down to DPD and not the company at all. Diced handled it amazingly. We received a refund straight away and they sent replacement meals as an apology, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated.

I spoke to three different members of the team, all of whom personally called me and kept me fully updated throughout. The level of customer service was genuinely outstanding — they went above and beyond.

I’m a national customer and I just wish they’d open a Diced in Liverpool because I’d be there all the time!

Received my first order today - just a few meals to try it out..was a bit sceptical after some of the negative reviews but there was no need to be - honey seasame chicken was absolutely delicious.. my very fussy 13 year old even had one. Needless to say a larger order going in tonight.

Meals are amazing but If u count macros seriously then its a massive no. Weights not as stated on packaging (packaging now changed since I complained) so your eating way more than you have allowed yourself. Now I know why I maintained for weeks when eating them. Such a shame as taste lovely too

New to ordering with these guys and its been really good so far! Lots of options on the menu and the food is so good! Helping me eat better and saves time as i work full time and a mum

Excellent variety of healthy dishes also catering to range of tastes .portions are generous and would rate this as 5star thoroughly recommended

Item was missing from my delivery on Sunday 14th July.

I used the website contact us form and didn't get a reply by Monday, so I sent an email to the email address of the order confirmation, and the email address on the website (both different).

It is now Thursday 18th July and despite continuously advertising and posting on Instagram, I have still not received any response to any of my contact requests.

Ordered for the first time, was pretty happy with the meals and overall service. Ordered second time, out of 20 meals I received 15 and some pancakes also missing. Been told the missing meals would be delivered mid week however nobody showed up and when I contacted them I’ve been told they forgot. So I’ve asked for a refund for the missing items, over £30 however it’s been well over a week and refund or response nowhere to be seen. There are much better meal prep companies in Scotland such as Super Lean, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Don’t waste your time and money with Diced!

Food arrived a day late. I’ve been charged twice for the food. I’ve tried to get a refund for 2 weeks. They are now ignoring my emails so I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. Terrible customer service.

Really rubbish service. My food was ordered on time and delivery paid but they apparently use Royal Mail which is very disappointing. 3 days my meals have been posted and exposed to room temperature with no fridge and I haven't received them still. This is unacceptable and a health risk. When I contact them they pass the blame to Royal Mail knowing fully well that the postal service never works for this type of service. It is never their problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
