Same negative experience as others. They took our money and did not repair the fridge.

Ripped us off- do NOT hire this company. Claimed to repair our refrigerator and charged us $595.38 for the "repair". Nothing was fixed- we lost ~$500 in groceries and when we called to ask for help, we were hung up on multiple times. They are now ghosting us and we're left with the same problem we had before, lost groceries, and a charge on our credit card that is now considered fraudulent. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone needing an appliance repair.

Something shady is going on here. The tech that dispatch sent out charged us to his personal business, not Superior Appliances Repair without us knowing. Repair was substandard and nearly ruined our refrigerator and now they won't help us and they refuse to get in contact with the tech either as he "no longer works for them". Customer service is rude. Stay away.

My refrigerator was making a funny sound and not cooling. The repairman from Superior Appliance Repair came quickly. My problems began when he found a leak & that it needed Freon. He repaired the leak and charged it up, but it was still making the weird sound. He left anyway instead of diagnosing further, so of course I had to call the next day because it still wasn’t working right. My repair came with a supposed 1 year guarantee, so they came back at no charge, cleared an obstruction, but left again even though it was still making the weird noise. I called again the next day and now not only has no one shown up as they said they would, but now they’re not picking up my calls at all. I’ve been nothing but courteous because I’m sick and just don’t have the energy to get angry. The right thing to do would be to tell me there’s nothing more they can do rather than not listening when they were here and checking further, and then ghosting me like this when there are still more issues. I had to call a competing company to find out that they probably aren’t calling me back because there’s nothing else they can do. Superior Appliance Repair is not “superior” in any way. They’re just terribly uncaring and rude.

This company is outright fraudulent. Here's what they do. You call them to get a repair estimate. They send out a person and analyze the repair. They then state that the repair part will cost a certain amount of money. In my case it was $732. They take a 50% deposit and say they will be back in 3-5 business days. In my situation it was two weeks and I called them. They stated that they will have the technician call me. That never happened. After a month, I called them and now it just goes to vmail. They never responded and now just ignore my phone calls AND will not refund my deposit. Definitely stay far away from this fraudster.

No called, no showed

Fast scheduling, prompt arrival, fixed our microwave quickly and had what was needed on hand. Only downside, our tech was hard to understand, but we made it work.
