I've been a customer for many years and Surfroam has never let me down in countless countries. As soon as the wheels are down ready for landing I'm switching it on so that it's ready before I get off the aircraft. As far as I can tell their usp is that the data doesn't expire. Help if needed has always been lightening fast.

My Surfroam experience
I travel for work every month outside of Europe and having data available has been a huge improvement in terms of freedom, security and productivity.
I have always had good service with Surfroam during the years I have been with them.

I'm using them since 2018, first with SIM then with eSIM. I've been a lot around the word for business (USA, Pakistan, Turkey, Australia, ...). Very good provider for connectivity, really all around the word!

I started using Surfroam since 2021. Recently I went over to Surfroam Plus. I travel a lot and need to be connected at all times.
It's easy to set up.
Once installed, where ever you land, when you switch your phone on, you have immediate connection.

Surfroam is amazing
Surfroam was great! I love how quick and easy it was to download but also use. Very quick connection, and didn’t need to worry about it when I got into a new country.
No mucking around with things, just turn off Aeroplane Mode and it connected straight away. Thank you sir I loved it

AMAZING
Truly impeccable service. If I've encountered any issues, customer support is incredibly quick to respond and, more importantly, resolve the issue. With an Esim, I can forget about activating a specific one every time I travel for work.

Lamentable. Hace más de 3 años pedí una sim física no.me llego nunca. Reclame y no hicieron caso me quedé sin tarjeta y sin dinero. Hoy casi 4 años después se ponen en contacto conmigo otra vez para revisar el caso. Me piden los datos de envío el numero de envío... Un desastre. Por mi trabajo viajo mucho uso través staff esim nada que ver todo muy bien

Ich war auf Bali und musste direkt nach…
Ich war auf Bali und musste direkt nach der Ankunft arbeiten. Die eSIM war schnell installiert und nach ein paar Minuten online. Kein Suchen nach WLAN, einfach funktioniert. Genau das habe ich gebraucht.

Forgot to mention that with eSIM from Surfroam we were reachable on all our cruise destinations in the Caribean, Mediterranean and Azië !!! Many people on board suffered of being unable to communicate with their homes
