DO NOT BUY from these people , they are crooks. I ordered 2 dresses that when delivered turned out to be of cheap making, badly finished and not even like the photos. One of them showed with sparkling sequence in the photo and there were no sparkling anything. The other photo was a copy from another site that made believe it was the same dress - it wasn’t- even the model was the same to the other site. Now I’ve been asking for the return form - as instructed in Susan & Sarah Toronto website, and nobody responds. Delivered July 4, they say 30 days return allowed, it is now July 17, and nobody responds. Again, crooks!

I recently ordered and received a dress from susan and sarah toronto, online, and what arrived was different to what I ordered, so I spent two weeks writing on various sites that purported to be the process to dispute the purchase and find out how to return the item 'for a full refund within thirty days'. I was unsuccessful. They seem to ignore all emails and even on their fb page I messaged them and got no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I would not recommend buying from Susan & Sarah Toronto.
The dress I received looked nothing like I expected. It was much shorter than it appeared in the photos, the fabric quality was poor, and the fit was terrible. The dress has never been worn, still has the tags on, and is in the same condition it arrived in.
The biggest issue, though, is the return process. Their website clearly states they have a 30-day return policy, so I contacted them well within that timeframe asking for the return address. Instead of giving me the information to return the dress, they kept sending me emails offering 10%, 20%, 30%, and finally 40% back, or store credit. I repeatedly told them I didn't want a replacement or a partial refund. I simply wanted to return the dress according to the policy on their own website. Despite asking multiple times, they refused to provide the return instructions or return address.
At this point, the advertised 30-day return policy feels meaningless because I was never actually given the opportunity to return the item.
If you're thinking about ordering from this company, I'd be very careful. Based on my experience, I definitely won't be buying from them again.
