Finally a comfortable nights sleep.…
Graham was very helpful and helped me choose the correct pillows to ensure a good nights sleep, they also had gel in one side which i'm sure will be very beneficial when we have hot tropical nights.

It’s not often one shops for a new bed and mattress so it’s important to have someone who knows what they are talking about as technology in mattress manufacturing has changed so much.
Julie Rayment was the sales lady who served me and was patient and understanding in helping me.
Upon delivery the delivery men worked swiftly and efficiently, dismantling and taking away my old bed.
Am happy with the services provided.

Really helpful service and excellent quality bed
Really helpful service - checked my requirements and came back to me quickly with the options in stock to buy that day. It was ready on my arrival at the store, and the warehouse guy loaded it into the car. The bed was super easy to build, and I’m delighted at the quality. It is built to last but looks stylish too. I’d been wondering whether to get a cheaper eg Ikea bed , but this will save money in the end as it won’t need replacing. Special thanks to the assistant from Iraq who took my call, she was very professional and helpful. Sorry I’ve mislaid her name. Would always buy beds here now

Patient staff, good advice and the right bed
The staff all know their stuff but they don't rush the dithering customer (me) or try to dazzle with too much info. I prefer to buy online but I would have made the mistake of choosing an ottoman single bed without the in store visit which showed me I didn't have the strength to open it. I finally chose a firm mattress for a solid oak frame - and didn't like it. Returning it after a 30 night trial was straightforward - now I have just the right combination for sleeping comfortably and it looks good.

Great experience
Great experience. Graham talked me through my options and gave me a quote on the day. He contacted me a few days later to see if I had made a decision. I decided to order my new bed and am now awaiting delivery.
