Bought a susteas juicer. Auger broke after couple of uses. Contacted customer service. They were very understanding and helpful. They sent me a replacement auger free of charge. Thank you for your assistance.

Easy Ordering, I would like to say this one thing if it could help, I bought the grater used it one time and I put the plunger part in the bigger part wrong and graded away at the plunger part , did not notice until we were eating our dinner. Oh how I wish this part of your wonderful appliance was made the same on all 4 sides. This is definitely a design flaw!

The product i bought works very well and the shipping was very fast! Also the customer service is amazing and if you have any questions they will be there for you. Will definitely buy from them again !

I absolutely love my deep fryer that i ordered from the TikTok shop. I am able to fry my food much faster and crisper in this deep fryer, it was very affordable and easy to use! i will be shopping again

I absolutely love this trash can! I ended up buying two of them because the first one was so great. The motion sensor works really well, so you never have to touch the lid, which is especially nice when your hands are full or messy. My son is obsessed with it too—it actually makes throwing things away fun!

It has a sleek, modern design that looks much nicer than a regular trash can and fits perfectly without taking up much space. It’s also easy to wipe clean, and the automatic lid has made everyday life just a little more convenient.

I received the product in damaged condition but was able to get in touch with someone and they are sending the damaged piece to me to replace it and be able to use the product. They were very helpful and I appreciate their efforts to make it right.

I bought the dual ice cream machine from the store. I have had it a for some months now and it works very efficiently.

My juicer arrived unboxed and damaged. It doesn’t work. I would never recommend. Save your money and choose a different brand.

I ordered a part that was immediately broken from my Susteas juicer, and i still have not received that part I ordered. and all the tracking info is in japanese so I don’t understand it

Customer service is beyond incredible. I had a issue with a blade thst caused some damage. Instead if blowing me off they went out of the way to make it right. In fact they sent me a new one. This is why I will buy from them again! Amazing crew working there

The grater product works well for many items. I use it at least three times a week. It comes in handy when prepping for a party! The customer service has been excellent!

Late in delivery

Part that I needed was in stock and received it in time manner. I have been able to use my new juicer and enjoy it.

I have yet to receive my order. I ordered on June 12th and still have not received it.

Waiting To Long For The Product, And Still Haven't Received It.
