Terrible!
It doesn't ring properly. I answer incoming calls but it doesn't connect. I definitely do not recommend it, stay away

Ali was a great help sorting some settings issues out that I had. Always get through to a member of staff straight away with no wait time. Great no bs service.

Meh service and please avoid subscription.

To cancel any subscription, they will say YOU NEED THREE months continuous subscription after cancellation to fully cancel the service saying its in a terms and condition you signed.

A phone line is a critical piece of equipment and to place faith and trust in a company like this is a major red flag.

Try else where.

It also has to be noted their response is so slow, another indicator of a major red flag.

Deff try else where, there are at least 3 good ones in UK

The software seems to be good, but "Over featured". Can't get in hold of support services for a week: 2 chat requests and one call back request remain unanswered. Seems to be fully automatic system without a human on the other end
