Quality products, excellent service, very speedy delivery (specified to within an hour on the day, really excellent).

Generally SXPro are great at what they do.

Bought an iConnectAudio2+. Unfortunately the iPad connection didn't work. SX Pro sorters out replacement with next day delivery straight away. Would definitely use the service again.

I placed my order online and received it the next day with a convenient one hour delivery window. The product was well packaged and overall the service was excellent.

Purchased Izotope RX 5 Audio Editor (excellent piece of kit) and needed a very quick delivery on this, contacted SX Pro, quickly got through to Lawrence (Marketing Manager) who saw to my request, had the product download and authorisation code emailed over within 10 minutes.

It is the first time that I have used SX Pro. I usually buy my studio gear from Thomann, but I will purchasing from here considering some of the prices. A great online chat experience with the seller which is available on the website. The delivery was the next day and being affiliated with the product's company, I was happy about the quality of the three year warranty I will receive.
