Good shopping experience.
They charged me $22.14 to ship 3 magazines; I consider that a bit expensive. Apart from that, the experience was excellent. They have a good inventory in the store. I definitely recommend it.

Found the item that I was looking for…
Found the item that I was looking for for almost 100 $ Cheaper and it arrived to my house in about two days. The only thing I would say is, I don’t remember receiving any tracking information however given that I’m working with a new company it’s possible that it was going to my spam or junk folder. Other than that 10 out of 10 experience. Will certainly order from them again!

Incredibly poor customer communication
Incredibly poor customer communication. They take weeks to get back to you. I've been waiting months for my order and it's finally supposed to ship, they said it would ship a week ago - and now dead silence. Not responding on any line of communication.

Buyer beware! Horrible customer service doesn't even begin to describe my experience.
I originally rated this company 5 stars after I ordered: great prices, no shipping fees, and no taxes. But ... my order got completely botched up. One-third was shipped within a week, the second third within another week (after I asked where it was), and the third never came. I spent three weeks trying to get customer service to either send me a replacement or a refund, but it was horrible. It took 2-4 days between responses, and still nothing happened. They seemed completely unconcerned. I finally had to file a claim with Capital One to get reimbursed the cost of the shipment that never came. How they stay in business I'll never know.
